We went offseason in May but pool was warm enough and the breakfast is nice enough. The Staff if very friendly and is interested in having more Americans stop by. Rooms were large. This HAS to be the best place around as there is not too much here as this is only a tourist area for Athens people, not for the rest of the world. But it IS worth stopping at for a day before heading up to Ancient OLYMPIA not so much for the beach (as it is as a 2 minute walk away; they actually overlook a little port area that is kind of interesting), but the town is quite quaint and is very "Real Greece", not some tourist spot. We did laundry, had great food in the square. Yes, CAN walk it, but you really should drive up to the center where it is easy to park.

Why #4? The hotel is the best in the greater area(40 miles). Great owner, great staff, family place. 4 adults and a baby, drove a lot every day to the beaches and to Filiatra and Marathoupolis, beach close to hotel also good and organized, Kyparissia a city with everything, all stores, good cafeterias, etc.
Now, we saw the other reviews but we did not encounter such a drama, what you excpect for breakfast with the price you pay for the room? Go to a better star hotel to feel good while thay taking your pocket's money for a Mimoza! Be real, with 45 euro? It is insulting when you spend 10 or more for smoke or for a drink when going out at night. We loved it, we will stay there again, great people.

We came for a day and stayed for 4. Lovely clean, well appointed facilities with fabulous pool and great friendly staff. The boss is always on hand to advise on such things as local cuisine and culture.A room with a view can be an idyllic view over the harbour to ionian the sea beyond or a view of magnificent mountains to the rear. Visit the castle and try the Messinian dish of big pork - mouth watering in a setting difficult to describe with a bright orange sunset. Give it a go and enjoy this pristine hotel and the wonderful Pelopennese region - an easy 45 min

Room Tip: Just ask to see them and take your pick - it is that simple.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Especially the swimming pool was very appealing because we arrived here on a hot day after a long journey. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. All in all a fine place to start our Greek vacation.

This was our second trip to Kyparissia, and although we liked the hotel last year, we wanted something on the water. There really isn't anything in Kyparissia "on the beach", but this was as close as you can get. Our balcony faced the beautiful Ionnian Sea and the hotel's pool also gives you a beautiful view of same. We booked the 2 room "suite", well not deluxe, but perfectly acceptable and clean. The rate was also fair and we added a roll away for a minimal charge.
