Looked forward to a great meal as per TA reviews. Ordered their most expensive bottle of red wine from lovely waitress Gail who spoke very good English and then ordered meals. Requested a break of twenty minutes between entree and main and I asked if the entree of meats and Foie gras could be Foie gras only and happy to pay difference. Impossible due to chef was reply. Okay.
Had great rabbit vou-le-vent and okay meats entree and the mains arrived immediately. I mean immediately as the entrees were being taken. This may not have been an issue but the lamb rack (ordered pink !) and the pork fillet were so overcooked as to ruin them. No-one came to ask how the meal was so we ate and left. waitress Gail apologized as we were leaving. No-one else seemed to care.
We would normally order desserts and more wine but they missed out. Pity.
