This small lunch restaurant is as unoretensious as it is good, The couple who own and run it seem to do so for one reason only, passion for good food. the menu is simple, danish traditional inspired with fresh and uncomprimised raw materials. Many of the dishes have be pre prepared (smoked etc) in thier own smoke house. I try to bring guests from abroad here as this is the genuine thing, simple quailiy made and served with passion.
