This restaurant had been recommended as having good choices for vegetarians. If you are a gourmet vegetarian, forget about it! The "quinoa salad", for example, was a limp green salad with a view grains scattered around on top. Similarly, when one member of our group of 4 asked to have cilantro (an ubiquitous herb in Nosara food) omitted, she was told that it was impossible because the salad was already made up. Ceviche was small bit of fish swimming in a very ordinary dressing - it tasted like it had been sitting there in the concoction for quite a while. French fries were limp and extremely greasy. Tuna salad was an enormous dish, with mounds of greenery and far too much overdone tuna (overdone if you like is seared, as I do) Get the picture? However, the service was very prompt.
