“Great Italian Food at Park Meadows Mall”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Of all the restaurants at Park Meadows Mall, one of my new favorites is Brio Tuscan Grill. It is beautifully decorated with a Tuscan style romantic ambiance. Their menu features Northern Italian style food inspired by Tuscany. When we went we started with the appetizer chopped salad, it was delicious. It was lightly dressed and chopped into perfectly bite sized pieces. Then we had the bruschetta sampler which was also great. Great variety of toppings on perfectly crunchy little toasts.

Our entrees were really flavorful as well, if not a little heavy. But that is to be expected with creamy pasta dishes. We had the pasta alla vodka which is little purse shaped pasta filled with creamy ricotta and topped with a vodka sauce, crispy pancetta and fresh basil. We also had the shrimp and lobster ravioli which was really rich and delicious.

If you are not in the mood for a heavy pasta dish, they also have some really tasty options from their "Lighter Side of Tuscany" menu. Our friends ordered off the lighter menu and their dishes looked really tasty as well.

They also have these mini dessert cups that are the perfect thing when you want just a few bites of dessert.

Overall we really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere was really fun, the food was delicious and we would definitely go back.

“Very good food, good value for the money”

Another chain that doesn't seem like one. Attractive decor and good food. There's a lot on the menu and it's reasonably priced. Will be back.

Staying near by on business and tried out this restaurant - it was worth it. Good food, good friendly service all at reasonable prices. The deserts are delicious and try the Peach Bellini -wonderful!

“Definitely a favorite spot for a special meal!”
Reviewed December 27, 2012

We've been here quite a few times - always had great food and attentive service. Nice environment and not too loud even when the restaurant is full. Make a reservation if you are going at prime time or on a holiday - this place stays busy! Brunch is yummy too - well worth it =)

“Great Happy Hour”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

The happy hour in the bar is an excellent value. Great food at great prices and great martinis. The food in the restaurant is good also but not the value of the happy hour.
