This is a great place to come if you're part of a group and want to be able to share across the large tables. The food is very tasty and well cooked, but sometimes the wait is lengthy. It is usually busy - such a good meal for a reasonable cost - and there is very limited staff as the owners are the chef and his wife front-of-house, with their son waiting as well on tables. In a group, with very cheap drinks, there is time to socialise while waiting, so not too much of a problem. You have to admire the very hard-working hostess and appreciate that they have continued this family tradition for many years because they keep staff costs down and offer the benefits to their clientele.
