“Excellent service and food”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Dined here for the first time with 8 adults, celebrating a special birthday. Service was faultless - friendly, accommodating to special requests, and food was excellent. Yes, it is on the pricey side, but I was more than happy and would defiently recommend this restaurant for special dining experience.

“Great food”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

Two excellent dinners here. A couple of people have said"a bit pricey" for the quality of food that was served, I'd say defiantly not... Will defiantly go again.

“Beautiful faultless food”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

This is a small restaurant serving very good food in a rather extraordinary place, on the end of a row of shops in a suburban area just outside Tauranga, not where you would expect to find food of this calibre. We ordered the mixed platter for two to start, excellent mix of fish, meat and dips with ample bread, delicious and plenty for two. then Venison for one and for the other scotch fillet minon, also delicious with a small bowl of mixed, fresh market veggies, the venison was melt in the mouth served with a balsamic reduction, red wine jus, the steak done to perfection also served with bacon & a red wine jus. Couldn't manage dessert but I'm sure they would have been good. The wine list is very comprehensive too, if a little pricey. Service excellent.

“Good food but a bit pricy”
Reviewed February 21, 2013

Had a quality meal at RSVP. This restaurant was specially mentioned by our hosts at the B&B that we are staying at. The service was very nice and people are so kind. The food was very good, but the prices are relatively high. You can say this for almost all of the restaurants in NZ. Interestingly enough hotels are relatively cheap and food is expensive. Restaurant is definitely of the beaten path but worth a try if you are tired of the common places in Tauranga!

“Great Tauranga Restaurant”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

RSVP is a classy restaurant in Tauranga NZ. Situated in the quiet suburb of Cherrywood it could be called an intimate place to eat. It isn't a large venue, and one can eat in comfort. In keeping with a number of restaurants, prices aren't cheap, but the food is of good quality. A place to go for a special occasion.
