Looking for a quick meal for a tired family after a fishing trip. Coro Takeaway really has the market monopoly for quick takeaways (aside from pizza) from what we could tell, which is a real pity! 2 adults + 2 kids - a few chips, battered sausages all round, 1 spring roll and a few soggy battered prawns = $46!! The chips were not nice and we chucked most of them along with the prawns. The service was friendly though had to wait a while as they were busy. Embarassingly I note tourism websites advertising this place as 'arguably the best fish and chips on the penisula'. We'll be going for pizza next time and hoping for a better value and better tasting meal.
