spent 10 nights here running up until 13th Feb 2013, excellent location you could walk from the airport if you really wanted which is what i look for a short transfer, the place is clean food very good with 3 very good restaurants, top brand drinks all included which is a bonus, the staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you all staff included from cleaners, bar staff, restaurants and management, it was our silver anniversary on the 6th Feb and the restaurant we booked for that evening was told by guest services and laid our table out with silver hearts and a great desert was presented with happy 25th anniversary wrote on the plate in chocolate deco, when we got back to our room late that night the guest services had been in and made two swans and put a bottle of champagne and flowers on the bed.great holiday would go back.

Room Tip: the top floor rooms are the most expensive because of sea views but we had a ground floor room which lead out onto a garden which you could put loungers on and the sea is 200 meters away.

Just back from a first time visit - compelled to say how fantastic the resort was overall. The resort may not have the glamour and style of more expensive up-market properties elsewhere, but overall quality of the resort, it's superb location, great all-included food and drinks choice, and super friendly staff make it a match for anywhere else! The kids club was great for our 2 boys (aged 9 and 6) and all the staff were there to help put a smile on your face and make your stay as funa and enjoyable as possible. Nice to also see the General manager always walking aorund and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves!

Always the sign of a good holiday when you dont want to leave (both my kids were very upset at leaving!) - so will make sure we come back again soon. Thanks everyone at Cbay for making this the best holiday ever.

Super relaxing, not luxury but a fabulous value. I brought my daughter there five years ago and I love St. Lucia so much I may return there in March of 2014. I am torn of where to stay because I love Soufriere, near the Pitons and have stayed at the Jalousie Hilton which is now Sugar Bay or something like that. That is awe inspiring but the prices have gone up so much for their rooms that they are cost prohibitive. At CB you can spend less and get your food and drinks covered as well. I am hoping they can offer some kind of discount for returning guests as I would stay with them again and travel to the Pitons to snorkel and have lunch at Ladera(Oprah's places to see before you die)!

Coconut Bay was everything you could ask for. The food was very high quality with a great assortment of restaurants to go with the great variety on the buffet and great snacks at the beach grill. The entertainment was very enjoyable and the facilities are way more than we expected. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful, making sure you have everything you need. The outdoor meals by the pool were very enjoyable and all of the activities offered were fun whether you wanted to take part or not. What was very surprising was how big the resort is. Even though it was sold out, it was never crowded anywhere. Best part of all though - is the staff !! Great job !!

Room Tip: Our room was on the 4th floor - beautiful view and excellent room.

My fiancé & I just returned from spending three nights in St. Lucia - and I'll start by saying it wasn't long enough. We had a wonderful stay at the Coconut Bay Resort & Spa. From the time we checked in to the time we had to depart I can honestly say that we were not disappointed in any way. I think that for us the charm of this resort, the views, the people and the weather made it the perfect vacation.

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and willing to help with any requests. Our room was located on the 4th floor of the Harmony - Adults only portion of the resort and it was immaculate and nicely decorated. The views were breathtaking and the ambiance amazing. Junias - our bartender is an amazing man - whose carefree, funny, personality couldn't be replicated by anyone else at the bar. He made all of us feel special, made us laugh, sang songs, etc. He would send anyone who was leaving the resort with a song that everyone sang along to....too funny and so endearing. Then there was M&M - the artisan who makes amazing birdhouses out of coconuts...the work of art is just beautiful. He made a mask for us that we will always treasure...then there was the staff at the Blue bar - Ms. Oscy and Morgan - who got to know exactly what we enjoyed drinking. Ms. Seeve at the grill - with her wonderful smile. Johnny be good, our taxi driver, Mr. Cool whom we met while taking a long walk on the beach. We also had the chance to meet some very nice/funny tourists from the UK/Canada/and Australia.

We thoroughly enjoyed Caribbean night with all the steel drum music and the great food. Silk - an Asian fuse restaurant is a must - we loved it...and then there was Calabash – Creole & Caribbean food excellent. I can honestly say that we didn't have one bad meal...even the breakfast was ample and had something for everyone's palette.

Can't wait to go back!!
