Went to this restaurant as it was mentioned in a number of guidebooks and didn't regret it. My husband wasn't too looking forward to having liver but as there was nothing else (I thought they would have meatballs or some other meat) he had no choice! He did get into it though and did finish his liver portion. We had ours with some yoghurt and salad. For some reason we were not given any dried fried peppers, so not sure what that would have tasted like. The service was very efficient and we got a seat and the food very quickly - it's probably the freshest, tastiest 'fast' food I have ever had! The liver was thinly sliced and deep fried which gave it an interesting consistency. I didn't find the smell or taste too overpowering and it went well with the accompaniments we had. The place also looked clean and bright and there were quite a few customers when we were there. I am very glad I tried this dish out and if I return to Edirne, I would definitely like to return there. The location of the restaurant is very pleasant as well, on a small street leading to one of the entrances of the Semiz Ali Pasa bazaar.
