We were really disappointed with the man at the reception desk. He is rude and not helpul.
The customer service is really poor. Bad customer service for the check in.
The rooms are decent but it doesn't worth 3 stars hotel.
Reception is refurbishing so it's not welcoming at all.
The windows are old ones even on the 3rd floor you can hear the cars from the street.
There is no free parking.

The only reason why we booked the rooms at Fleur de Lys ,it was the only availability for our families closed to our relatives celebration. The competitors were fully booked.

The hotel is located in the centre of la Chaux-de-fonds, right in front of the Tourist Information Centre.

The building is not stable, in fact every time a tram or a bus was passing below the whole building was shaking.

I was given a pretty big room with street room.

Rooms are old, with old furnishing and fittings, but clean.

Hotel is very very basic and the staff at reception speaks little English.

I was told that hotel had own parking but is not true, I had to pay for the car parked in a private garage.

At ground level there is a restaurant were I had a good meal.

Friendly staff at the reception and over in the restaurant. The hotel has its own parking lot available. The hotels' location allows to visit the city easily by foot. Clean and spacy. Good beds and quiet at night.

Room tip: Opt for rooms leading to the East of the building.

old beds, old walls, the place remembers surely many stories and definitely needs refurbishment. besides the reception staff should smile more.

otherwise the breakfast was quite decent with friendly staff and the towels very clean:)

Well placed right in the centre of the town. Not the best of entrances, the next door shop has shut down and the windows are covered in old posters. The room was large and the bed very comfortable..there were three large windows with shutters but no air conditioning. There was free WIFI.
Breakfast was buffet style, more than ample, taken in the restaurant downstairs. I would not describe this as a motel. It was probably once a very good hotel but has been downgraded over the years. Very good for an overnight stop, on the expensive side but convenient for the museums
