the staff are very helpful and are very good with children the weather was not at its best at first but warm up nicely we went 5th aprill till the 15th . not the best entertainment but they did well with the kids disco the food was good u could not complain rooms cleaned every day and made up all in all it is a very well run apartment/hotel would go back again. in door pool good suna and jucuzi good chidrens park they renewed the fence while we were there only could get one english channel on the tv true movies but that was better than u get in a lot of other hotels. the place is on the outskirts of benidorm but really quite central a short walk about 10 min from the beach not sandy thoe. went to see the dolphin show and the sea lion show really very good not cheap to get in but none of the attractions are. everyone i would think would like it kids will love it well most of them any way .back to the apartments now sofa beds a bit worn but not bad and ok for sleeping a petty moan really. pools outside look really great did not go in as i caught a cold our rooms were very peaceful till the last night but got a bit noise i surpose it depends who u have in your block. but i would be very disapointed if u did not have a good holiday at the end of the day its what u make it but go and enjoy

Room Tip: we stayed in g block looking on to the park handy if u have kids as u can keep an eye on them from t...

Very surprised at the quality.Booked all inclusive package at a great price .
Rely nice stay lovely and clean rooms which are mainly apartments spread around a nice pool area spotless and clean and of a nice standard .The all inclusive option was great nice food plenty of choice ,snacks and all you can drink until 12 at night .The staff are friendly very and helpful .I would defiantly stay again nice quality complex .
The complex is very busy even at this time of year it seems to be popular with sports enthusiast .If you stay here take a trip to the fonts de algar close by .
The beach is approx 10 minutes walk there are numerouse bars and restraunts on your doorstep

Room Tip: high floor over pool area has more sun

Went as 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a taxi from the airport which cost 75 euros, so round trip 150 euros. In hindsight we should have rented a car as we did the beach and Terra Mitika (amusement park). The Albir Garden Resort is rated as 3 stars and on reflection I would probably say 3 and a half. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, food selection was good and the international clientele (UK, Spanish, German and Dutch) made it feel like you were abroad, not in England abroad which I deplore. Bar service was slow and could be looked at, that's an observation not a complaint. Check out Dubliner across the road for a great pint. Heating the pools would have got this hotel 5 out of 5. I know it's costly but in April when it is warm outside and the pool looks so inviting, it would be nice to be able to use it. That said, the indoor facilities were available. All in all, satisfied customer.

We visited for 5 days all inclusive from 30/3/2013 to 4/5/2013. A family of two adults and two children 14 & 12. The room was fine as was the food and the facilities that we used were good. However not all facilities on website are available, no pitch and putt, no cash exchange, could not find a turkish bath, you need to be 18 to use gym not 14 as advertised and you need a swim hat to use the indoor pool, at a cost of 3 euros each in their shop! All the staff were very helpful with the exception of the manager who was condesending and rude, he just didn't seem to like any of the guests and was rude and nasty to his staff infront of the guests.

My friend and I visited Albir Gardens at the beginning of March this year and were very pleased with the accommodation. The room was clean and cleaned everyday, but the bathroom was looking a bit tired could do with a little work, the restaurant was clean bright and airy. We were staying on a bed and breakfast basis and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The whole complex was clean and well maintained and the staff were very pleasant, we would go again.
