Enjoyed staying in the hotel, centrally located- near supermarket, lovely restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Nice swimming pool area, bar area, staff very helpful and polite. Apartments were clean but very thin walls- so noisy, bearing in mind we were there in October! Had all inclusive but decided from having a meal in there that we would eat out instead- food very basic.
Would recommend to stay there but definitely go self catering!

spent a week all inclusive from 24th October. I realise it is low season, but to have hardly any staff on is not good. those that were on duty were not very friendly or helpful except the receptionists. food was something to be marvelled at. Plenty to choose from but it all tasted the same. There was something resembling a fritter one night entitled 'bird pie'....who knows what it was.

We had our bed changed and made up on the second day and clean towels on the third apart from that the apartment wasn't touched. One resident asked when the bins got emptied and was told ''when they are full!!''

the patio table was broken and very faded, the chairs covered in dirt which I cleaned with the towel that fell form above on the first day and was still there when we left.

I left a message for the cleaners in the dust on the sideboard.

Clever photography used in the adverts and the description close to the beach is a huge exaggeration. 20 minutes walk at least and it is stoney.

45 minutes on the bus into Benidorm, so not really on the north side. However taxi by the hotel gets you there in about 10 minutes and is very cheap around 7 euros.

Perhaps this hotel is better in the high season, it is large, but I suspect it may be over crowded by the pool then. In October there is only one bar open and snacks could not be found, so didn't get full value of all inclusive. DO NOT drink the white wine free at dinner...it tastes like toilet cleaner.

Turkish bath was not open, reception couldn't say why and the entertainment was a CD put on by bar staff at night. No music by the pool and no staff around it.

All in all not a great place at this time of year, but it was fairly cheap and to get the sun was nice. It was the only hotel we could find that wasn't high rise, bit think we will search harder if going to the area again. Don't think we would use this hotel again. room was freezing and of course had to pay for heating. No hair dryer either.

Room Tip: All rooms run down and in need of refurbishment

The first thing that hit us was the smell...dirty, musky, old nappy smell - and that was as we approached reception. Inside looked untidy, tired and in need of a good general clean up. We arrived at midnight to be told there was no booking for us. After some searching the reception guy gave us a key and said we would have to have that room.
We needed to walk through the pool area...it was awful. Litter and leaves, along with spilt beer were all over the area. No one was cleaning this up and it looked days old. I enjoy relaxing in the pool area and could not imagine being there the next day...my stomach sank.
I had booked it because of the good reviews, but I dont know where they came from!!! If you want to be somewhere that looks like it is for Jeremy Kyle rejects...then this is the place for you. If you like something nice, dont go here. I didnt expect the earth from the price I paid, but this was just beyond tolerable.
The room was 3rd floor and no lift. It stank aweful and I mean REALLY bad....dirty house smell. We were self catering, but I could not possibly eat from anything prepared in the kitchen....I would have needed to spend a day cleaning and anti-bac'ing everywhere first.
The pictures do not show this part and it does look like a completely different place. We could not stay, even for a night. We got a taxi into Benidorm to find a different hotel. To be walking the streets just after midnight, in a place you dont know...I think that says it all really.
I am not that picky, but I do have standards.
If you want to take the chance and risk it then do it, but be warned you won't get your money back, even if you don't stay the night....and it will cost to get somewhere else. Better to avoid I would say.

Just arrived back from a 5 night break at these apartments and had a great time.Apartments are very clean and gardens well looked after.Food is especially good, great variety of salads and a different meat each night, pork chops, steaks, chicken curry, casserole, chicken fillets lamb chops and all very tasty.Recommend all inclusive because the food is so good. The weather was great for this time of year although the pool was cold we used the indoor heated pool which was lovely and also the hot tub.We travelled as a family 2 adults 2 kids and the kids really enjoyed it too.Went with Jet 2 holidays which I also would recommend, the whole holiday went without a hitch.Transfer was fine took approx 90 mins which didnt seem that long.Hotel is quiet but that suited us if you want lively you would need to travel into Benidorm, bus outside hotel is only 1.45.

Room Tip: Block I top floor had a great view of the mountains.

Busy hotel mainly used by Dutch & German couples on long term visits. All residents, staff and management were friendly and helpful. Alibi is a lovely town with a good seafront 1-2 km walk throughout the town. The local restaurants are reasonably priced. Only a bus ride from Benidorm 4 km away, so plenty of entrainment there. Alibir "closes" quite early so you need to travel a little for evening entertainment which is not just restaurants/bars. Good though I would revisit sometime.

This hotel was exactly what we expected. The rooms were clean and tidy. They were pretty basic but had everything you could need. Obviously you couldn't cook a 3 course meal in the kitchen, but then who wants to cook on holiday?? We were not all inclusive but we had breakfast every morning and that was great with plenty of choice. The area was very pretty with plenty of restaurants to chose from. The pool was clean with enough sun beds although there were very few umbrellas. All in all a satisfactory short break though think I would be bored if there longer than a week.
