We have just returned from second trip to cay beach this year, rooms are large and very clean all rooms have large balcony or patio and the staff are fantastic! Don't believe in all-inclusive as local shops and restraunt's suffer and end up closing down so can't comment on the food but kitchen has everything you could need to make a few simple meals and there are plenty of good places to eat (The Ice House is really good and only a 10 minute walk away towards the beach area). What someone referred to as scrub area is just open land not built on? They were making a nice park and walk way area on some of it and it looks pretty good too. This place is great value clean and friendly what else do you need for a great holiday.

Room Tip: We had room facing the road but it's not that busy so no problem and I like to see out to the se...

These apartments are great , there clean big enough and we had to large balconies. The pool areas where lovely plenty of beds and umbrellas. We stayed here 6th may for a week , on our first day it was overcast so we walked down to the marina which was lovely. There are plenty shops, restaurants and the street market. It took us about 20 mins to walk there and when we got back we went into the indoor pool and had a Jacuzzi and steam room which was great. The rest of the holidays was hot with hardly any wind. The hotel is set back from the beach but is right in the middle with the marina on one side and the town the other.there are plenty bars, restaurants, and shops some where designer. I travelled with my 18 year old twin girls and my mum whos 69 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it would definitely return.

Stayed here for 1 week at the end of April. Were given room 606 on arrival but declined this due to the fact that it was right at the back overlooking the road and had a tiny balcony. Were offered 803 as the only other alternative as hotel was fully booked. Very pleased with this apartment. The only bugbear was the noise from the AC unit outside the bedroom window, but it didn't really bother us that much. Lovely and clean and apartment was serviced every day. Short walk down to promenade with an array of cafes/bars/ restaurants, where all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Booked through Monarch, had excellent flight times from Manchester, but had slight delay with transfer due to another flight being delayed and folk from this flight were on same transfer! Still had taken a selection of cheese/pate and biscuits (and of course wine!) so just chilled at the apartment when we finally arrived.

We would definitely recommend this complex if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful (we paid £564 for one week SC for both of us!!) break that you want to fit in around other holidays. Weather was superb between 25 - 27 all week.

A Pleasant hotel, very clean, with good cleaning staff though one receptionist was a bit starchy. The room wasn't very big although adequate. The pool areas were very clean and there wasn't very much pre - booking of sun beds with towels. town was 800 metres away but not pleasant walk as the hotel is surrounded by scrubland. We did find the hotel lacked atmosphere but that might just be us as others seemed to be enjoying themselves. The noise of generators mentioned elsewhere was annoying at times. The town itself was quite small but with a good range of restaurants along the promenade. Can't comment on the food in the hotel as we were self catering but the restaurant didn't look very bust and the bar wasn't very nice

Room Tip: Try to get one away from the generators

This is an excellent hotel for the value. There are 3 pools and slides for the kids .

I read some reviews before booking last year saying food awful etc and the pool turns your hair green what a load of rubbish !!!!

This is a very clean, great location , lovely appartments and fantastic pools with great staff .

I will be booking again for next year.

I can't stand these reviews that go on and on about the food, HELLO!! Take a walk down the road to the wide range of restaurants that Playa Blanca has to offer.

The room was a lovely size for the two of us, big bed, good working kitchen and clean towels every day, what more could you want!
The balcony was a lovely little sun trap where we were happy to enjoy breakfast there and nights in sat playing cards and drinking wine.

The staff were friendly and polite and the receptionist helped in all the ways she could. The shop sold everything you could ever need and if not, the hotel was situated perfectly where the local supermarket was a 5 minute walk away.

The only down side was the children's play area, we don't have children but I can imagine why you would be upset if your child was playing in there. Just not situated in a nice area.

The swimming pools were clean and warm, plenty sun beds to go round and the pool bar sold a range of good food and drink.

Brilliant place to stay, especially if it's somewhere just to put your head down.

Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you :)
