“Lovely relaxing break- bring a jacket or long sleeves for after dark.”
Reviewed August 3, 2013 via mobile

We came with our 2 boys aged 9 and 12. We all had an excellent time and whilst I could relax round the pool with a book, my partner went for a run into Playa Blanca (3 miles fully paved along the seafront) and also ran up the local volcano. Boys spent time between the pool making friends and in the villa watching tv when they felt it was too hot.
Make sure you bring plenty of factor 50 and sun tops for the kids as I saw a lot of sunburn because the breeze makes it feel deceptively cool.
There is some sort of entertainment every night which repeats on a weekly basis so if you're there for 2 wks, it csn be a bit repetitive. However, Steffi from the animation team is a mini dynamo. She does virtually every thing and is so friendly and enthusiastic. I agree with the review which says they really need management support. The staff work so hard in the restaurant, animation and bar but there are just not enough of them.
the food was good and plenty of choice. Drinks on the all inc. are freely available in generous measures.
There is a free bus into the local town and market which we did on the Saturday. Id definitely recommend the market there.
The local shops are approx 400m away and very well stocked if youre not all inclusive and playa blanca is 5 euros in a taxi or 2 each on the bus.
All in all we all had a great time and my 12 yr old didnt want to leave!
Make sure you bring long sleeves/ jacket for the evenings because the breeze makes it cool once the sun goes in

Amazing holiday couldn't be better there's only one thing is the food was cold but there's a microwave in the dinning room they do there best to entertain the kids with water polo every day and regular kids clubs there is also no rush to get your sun bed as even though fully booked feels only half booked the pool bar is help yourself and is easy to get to and never a Queue the beer is on tap to help yourself if all exclusive ice cream is also help yourself from lunch till dinner. Most staff speak good English and booking in was fast and simple only 5 euros into playa blanco and shop are just round the corner if self catering in all exclusive there's unlimited food breakfast lunch and dinner but don't take food back to the apartment as against the rules warning wi if must be paid for 12 euros for 3 days or 6 or one day also the safe must be paid for but amazing resort want to go back as soon as possible

Room Tip: Go all exclusive and ask for a sea view

A lovely resort with different packages to suit every pocket - we went fully inclusive (and the kids aged 2, 3 & 4 were FREE!). The pools were lovely and clean, plenty of sunloungers available, kids club at differnet times throughout the day and evening, and the food was lovely with lots of variety. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the towels and bedding were changed 3 times a week, and the views and sunsets were beautiful. Our villa backed onto the pool area which was very handy for us with young children, and all of the rooms were very large and airy; the main bedroom had a tall vaulted ceiling in the shape of a pyramid! Each villa is in a block of 2, with separate paths and patios, so no problems with noise at all. The child-free chill-out zone in the corner overlooking the ocean is amazing, and I had a lovely massage there one afternoon. There's a fantastic water park nearby (Aqualava) and we hired a car in nearby Playa Blanca for a week which was very good value, and we managed to see several places on the island (but have been told that you are unable to take hire cars on ferry to Fuerteventura!). The only thing that was slightly annoying was the constant wind, and while it kept things lovely and cool, it made it very difficult to secure beach towels, plastic cups, inflatable toys, etc! I would definitely return here, probably with some large bulldog clups!

Room Tip: You can pay extra for a sea view or an upgraded villa, but to be honest all the villas are lovely an...

My friends and I visited lanzarote with a relaxing holiday definitely needed.

Upon arrival at the complex we couldn't have been greeted in a more professional and friendly manner. A member if staff called Jose Carlos spoiled us and was delightful he went through all the facilities and features of the hotel calmly answering all our questions we also received champagne upon arrival too (very nice touch)

The villas lived upto these expectations also there was a kitchen large seating room, two bedrooms and a nice sized bathroom all wonderfully maintained and presented.

From there though I believe much can be improved especially in the food area. On many of the nights we struggled to find a plate and on one occasion there wasn't actually any seating at all. My friend needed a cup one morning at breakfast and there was not one that a member of staff could provide.

The entertainment is quite minimal and very quiet once the quiz, dance show had completed there was very little atmosphere same at the chill party on the Wednesday. There is so much potential here especially with the staff to really make these nights a very positive experience a member of management just needs to grab it by the neck and look to move the hotel to that next level.

There was one lady I didn't catch her name but she was superb and seemed to do so so much yoga, massage, quiz nights she provided a lovely touch by asking people what they thought of the performances etc. but the fact that she also had to help man the bar (ie no one else was there to serve) highlights the support that these staff need from management (they can't do everything)

It was fairly easy to get into playa blanca just under 6 euros each way so if you want to get out and about it is fairly easy x

normally we go somewhere isolated for a family holiday in a private villa but our children are now teenagers so need the chance to socialise away from us and this offered the chance to do both. We rented a villa prpemium with private pool and paid for all inclusive - a great combination worked well for all the family. Staff were great, we all found good food that we liked (and plenty of it if that's your thing, lots of entertainment. our villa was sparkling clean, beautifully fitted out and the pool was great. The main complex was also well maintained and we had a wonderful family holiday - so much so we are booked again for later this year on the same basis. great value, great location (not in town) great staff & facilities.

Room Tip: this is about 8km out of town and a car is essential, book a villa & all inc if you can its the...

We stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2013, we did have a lovely holiday, the weather wasn't the best. The rooms in the hotel were really nice although I do think the floors should have been cleaned once a week. I'm a fussy eater and did struggle some days to find something I liked other than chips and salad, breakfast was really nice though, my boyfriend loved the food though he especially enjoyed all the fish they served. Overall we did have a lovely holiday but there really wasn't alot going on in the hotel and it is a bit to far away from playa blanca.

Room Tip: If u haven't got children I would recommend spending your days at the chill out area
