The snack bar is at the edge of the marina so the views are lovely. The service was quick and efficient. The food choices were basic, burgers, pizza, pasta, toasted sandwiches etc. but everything we tried was nice and for around £5-6 each exceptionally good value.

We ate at the snack bar and the main restaurant, so there are two reviews.

Snack bar - very good service from the staff. Mainly had drinks here. Nice place to sit and watch the fish.

Main restaurant - we ate here twice. Prices were good for the marina. Our food was good both times. Service was erratic, never quite sure who was supposed to be doing what. On both visits the wine we were given wasn't quite the one we asked for, but that was quickly sorted out. At the end of the meal you get a free drink, not sure what it was. Possibly some kind of slush puppy!

The worst fajitas ever...grisly beef, rubbery chicken, watery sour cream, brown guacamole...just poor quality. Can't comment on anything else on the menu. Maybe they're better at other dishes but definitely avoid the fajitas! Service was fine, a bit gruff but ok. Great location and ideal for cocktails but not a great restaurant experience for us.

Had the most relaxing Sunday lunch here, chose the catch of the day hence the title of my review. The fish was fresh served with canary potatoes & salad. Good honest food washed down with a bottle of the house wine. We went back to bring in new year 2014 when we enjoyed the company of a Spanish family and a few cocktails! Feliz anno!

Visited the snack bar many times across the years and really like the chilled out atmosphere. Food is fine , nothing startling but well priced for Rubicon. Actually went here on Xmas day for drinks before our hotels gala dinner, couldn't think of a better way to spend a few hours on Xmas afternoon. Kids love feeding the fish with the bread the staff provide .
