Description: Situated in the beautiful place of Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote with spectacular sea views directly to Fuerteventura, this Greek restaurant opened his doors in Septembre 2007. Since then it offers its visitors a magnificent mix of traditional Greek dishes and delicious Spanish and International cuisine. If you are in Lanzarote it is a must to visit this restaurant, to enjoy a delightful evening and taste one of the 273 different wines that can be sereved by the maitre. Don't forget to call and book a table before.

THe location for the restaurant is just brilliant with superb views over to Fuerteventura. Book a table by the window and soak in the atmosphere! The service is really excellent, almost old-fashioned in its attention to detail. You feel really pampered throughout the meal. Go for a recommendation on the wine because the maitre d' is a wine expert and has his own cellar (and will sell you a bottle or two if you want!). We go for the mixed dips dish (5 plate?) which is very tasty with warm pitta bread, and then sometines try the specials - lamb chops, venison steak (superb) or ostrich. All of it is great. The Santorina dishes (lamb, chicken) are also recommended as mains. A romantic setting.

We visited this restaurant in the hope of eating some gyros and lovely Greek food. Unfortunately after we ordered we were rather brusquely told there was no gyros.

The food was lovely but I can only describe it as nouveau cuisine
Greek style. Not really the hearty, tasty Greek food you would get in a local taverna in Greece.

We took our daughter (4) for lunch but its not really child friendly. Just shy of child tolerant. (Daugther moved her cutlery - quietly and as children do and it was immediately put back in the proper place, which was a little bizarre and futile).

The food was nice but expensive and not really what we were after (this may be our fault). Lovely views so probably nice for a romantic meal.

From the moment you enter you are treated as "one special person" The waiters/waitresses pamper you and are always willing to offer advice on the food. Big selecion of dishes to suit all. Always feel relaxed, food great and not overly expensive.

This is a delightful restaurant that I first visited just over a year ago.It has an extensive menu which includes 12 cold starters and 10 hot starters and apart from the usual fish, fowl and meat dishes it even inludes a couple of venison dishes. You can still avoid the slightly high wine prices by opting for the house red or white.

A great restaurant with wonderful views out to sea and even at night you can see the towns of Fuetaventura illuminated by their street and house lighting. It's conveniently situated between the Natura Palace and Rubicon Palace hotels but if you're a bit further away in Playa Blanca it's just a 4 or 5 Euro cab ride away

All the best,

Peter and Rosalind.

We were staying in a villa on the volcano so the location of Sebastyans was ideal for us. We arrived and were greeted with a "Have you booked?" Sort of making us feel as if we should have. Anyway we hadn't and this wasn't a problem and we were shown to our table and given menus.

First impressions were that this place was very stuck up and the clientele seemed to suit. A party of 6 english people arrived just after us and the guy speaking very loudly was upset that he had booked a FRONT ROW table and they had been given the round SECOND ROW table, this was a big deal to him and very off putting to us. The funny thing was that it was end of November and by dinner time it was pitch black so no view anyways! But this seemed to personify Sebastyans clients!

Hubbie and I looked at each other and both of us knew it was time to leave, which we promptly did. If you like a stuffy stuck up atmosphere then this place is for you, if not there are much better restaurants to choose from.
