“Disappointed this time”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

We have been here several times in the past, but this time we felt that its standards had dropped. The setting on the promenade is superb, but the service was lacking - the waiters gave the impression that they really didn't want to be there and the food was definately below average. I had suckling pig the first time and it was overcooked. The second itme the sea bass we ordered were both small with 3 potatoes.and some salad.

“lovely friendly restaurant on the prom great food and friendly service”
Reviewed November 30, 2012

the location is great , especially if you get a table near the front. The staff are really friendly and efficient and the menu is varied Food is really good with fish, steaks , pasta and local specialities.
We had coffee and brandy afetr dinner and when wwe asked for the bill it came with another brandy 'on the house' . A nice touch that makes you feel like a valued customer . One ofmy favourites in Playa Blanca

“Cheap, but distinctly average.”
Reviewed November 30, 2012

We decided to try this restaurant after reading all the rave reviews on trip advisor and I must say we were disappointed. Our meal was not bad by any means, but it was just nothing special. However perhaps we would have been better getting a steak as the cuts of meat on the grill did look nice. The best thing about this restaurant was its value.

“excellent food and a great view”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

This place serves up excellent food with a typically friendly Spanish staff. It is adjoined to a chinese restaurant and when it is busy you may have to sit in the chinese area. It is very popular and you may have to wait a short time for an external table where the view of the promenade and the many restaurant lights reflecting from the sea is amazing

“Typically Canarian!”
Reviewed November 16, 2012

Only ate here once, but the food was top quality. Seemed to be packed every night which is always a good sign. Advised us not to have the seabass though 'as it was frozen' so worth checking if you come here.
