One of the best holidays we have had. We were B&B and chose the senior suite for family of 4. Hotel is exceptional. Our suite was good- furniture a bit old and worn though. And why oh why is there no mirror above dressing table! We ate in once- food was good but was pricey. We prefer trying local restaurants. Worth trying Sebastian's For Greek food. La Marea bar is great- cocktails to die for. Hubby and I hooked on Hendricks and Daiquiri Fresca!
Taxi to marina is €4 - tryL'Artista for great Italian food and Volcan Timanfaya and Spices for best curries.
Pool bar- too expensive with 200 ml coke at €3.50 & beer €3,10 - use mini bar in room as fridge and buy from shop in reception instead.
We met great families with teenage children same age as ours and wonderful to see children having a good holiday too - shame about the complainers but this is not an adults only hotel! Zudin - you are "weally weally good"!!! Water polo was great fun and our girls loved it!
We have already been asked by our daughters if we can return....who knows!

My wife daughter and I spent two weeks at the Natura Palace and had a really good time. We arrived at the hotel were greeted by the pleasant English speaking staff and too our surprise was told that the restaurant would be open at 11pm for a snack. Very welcome and a real surprise.
Our room on the first floor was more than adequate and would have been super had we had tea and coffee making facilities. On arrival you are provided with a card which you can use to charge food and drinks to your room and pay on departure.
The hotel has plenty of space and if you want to relax away from everyone else there is plenty of room.
The pool area is adequate but not extensive and beware the pools are unheated but in good condition.
The position of the hotel at the quite end of Playa Blanca may not be everyones liking but makes for a quite location. The promenade takes you to the nearest beach and shops (20 minutes) and to Playa Blanca itself (40 minutes). A taxi is less than 4 euros and can be booked from reception. The bus is cheaper.
The views from the hotel towards Forteventura at the back and the volcano at the front make the location idyllic.
The staff in the restaurant, bar and at reception are one of the hotels greatest assets they are very friendly, speak good English and want you to have a good time.
We went on three trips:
Lanzarote Uncovered - good value whole day trip giving you an incite into the island.
Catalanza - Boat Trip a wonderful half day trip the highlights being the jet ski ride and the snorkeling.
MHT - My wife and I saw the guys in Tenerife. Our 18 year old daughter enjoyed the show and fell in love with Crystal!
A wonderful summer holiday at a great hotel.

Room Tip: Higher rooms give you an uninterrupted sea view. Rooms nearest Playa Blanca get the sun in the morni...

Stayed here the last week in August 2013 with my wife and 17 year old son. First impressions are "WOW" the entrance lobby is a real eye opener. We were on the 2nd floor with sea view towards Fuerteventura and Playa Blanca . The food is excellent, plenty of choice, and caters for all needs from breakfast to dinner and a great range of desserts. Pool area is very clean but some parasols need replacing but the sunbeds are almost new. You do get the reserving of sunbeds despite the signs asking you not to, we never had any trouble finding one when we wanted one. All the staff are very polite and friendly. There is a nice promenade which takes you along the sea front to the main resort area which is about a 30 mins stroll. We would definitely return to this Hotel.

Just back from this hotel. Travelled with 15 year old daughter. (The service is excellent) Asked reception on arrival if our room had already been allocated (the receptionist said yes it had) but I asked please could I request a pool view. I was allocated room 1323 which had both pool and sea views. On the highest floor - facing the lighthouse - the sun still on the balcony at 8pm with lovely sun sets. We were delighted with our room and view. Spacious wardrobes with dual purpose hangers for skirts/trousers etc.

You do need to take a kettle and mugs as these are not provided in the room. You can empty the fridge which is full of mini bar items, and put them on the floor. Then you can use the fridge free of charge for your stay.

The air con was excellent- you need to set it at about 15 and there is a switch by the bed to turn it fast or slow.

No trouble getting a sun bed at 8.30 but towels will be removed if left unaccompanied up till
9am. Although I did not see any being removed.

I was delighted when my daughter joined a group of families with teenagers 13 - 17 years who return to this hotel year after year and she had the most wonderful time.

Would say the entertainment most evenings was not worth watching, but the hotel owns the bar next door which has disco 3 nights a week. We did the catalanza cruise and dinner on top of the volcano - both worth the money.

Please also note you are not supposed to smoke on the balcony, although there was an ash tay on the table? I think it depends on who your neighbours are!!!.

Drinks are a little expensive I thought at 2.50 Euro for a bottle of water at dinner. There is a cash machine near to reception and a small shop across the road that sells basics i.e. water at 35 cents for 1 1/2 litres, fresh baked bread and cold drinks, sandwiches etc also groceries. The nearest large supermarket is along the prom towards Playa Blanca - a good 30-45 minute walk. 2 busses an hour go there for less than 2 Euros or about 4 euro for a taxi.

The hotel is very clean and the food excellent - spoilt for choice and always very hot. Please also note the beds are very, very firm - quite hard in fact, but you do get used to it.

Had a lovely holiday and would definately recommend this hotel to anyone - young or old and would love to go back next year.

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully maintained with good food. Friendly staff!
Just a couple of things -
- as a Thomson Platinum hotel you would expect a safe in the room
- pool umbrellas have seen better days
- one lift out of order for our entire stay
- suitable glasses for children in the restaurant, hard for a 2 year old to drink juice from a stemmed wine glass!
- our 4 year old attended the mini club, we were told it finished at 1pm. Went to check on her after an hour to find the room empty!!! We were told the children had gone to show their parents what they had made!!!!! Panic for 5 minutes, we found her wandering on the poolside! Children should be signed in & out, very dangerous!!!!!
Despite these niggles we would return!

Spent 7 days at the natura palace, clean and spacious rooms, staff friendly and polite, pool staff were a bit stuffy. Wonderful sea view, but was not happy the pool area was having maintenance work done in the middle of August. Food was good, with a good choice buffet style. Weather was very hot, but I was informed that there is always a lovely breeze, more like gale force winds. This is one place I would note go back to because of the wind.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side are quieter
