Have Just returned from a 7 night stay at 40, Vista Lobos (Casa Luciana) with my family (8 adults, 1 child) and would definitely recommend this Villa! I had excellent communication with the owner of the villa; Lorentia, from time of booking to day of arrival, she was really helpful and accommodating to any queries i had and responded quickly via email. Daniel, the real estate manager for Vista Lobos was also fantastic. He was waiting at the Villa when we arrived to give us the keys. He gave us a tour around the villa and told us a lot of useful information regarding taxi's, restaurants and beaches. He even kindly bought water, milk, juice and some breakfast (bread/ham/cheese) as we arrived late Sunday evening and all the supermarkets were closed. The Villa itself is a very clean and well looked after new build with modern appliances. The Master bedroom was a perfect size with a large en-suite and doors onto the terrace. The other double bedroom was rather small but it also had an en-suite with a shower. Downstairs had two large seating areas and a small bar area. Unfortunately the Sky TV wasn’t working, nor the DVD player, but we could watch DVD's on the PlayStation. The two twin bedrooms and shared bathroom (with a shower and Jacuzzi bath) was also situated downstairs. All the rooms had air-con which was great! The outside area was very clean and well maintained. The pool was a great size for 9 people and the Hot Tub was good for the cooler evenings and very clean/sterile!

The Villa is situated around 6 minutes (by taxi) from the town/port (4/5 euros) and around 8 minutes (by taxi) to the Marina. (5/6euros) The town is quite small with loads of little gift shops and supermarkets. The port has many restaurants (some good, some not so good!), but they are mainly Italian with large menu's. The Marina Rubicón has nicer restaurants and i would recommend 'Afrodite Little Italy' and Lani's Grill Tex Mex Steakhouse. Little Italy was fantastic, we ate here twice during our stay and both times had outstanding food and service. (Pavoritotti has eaten there on more than one occasion!). Blue Note bar at the end of the Marina was also superb, with live pianist and lush cocktails! The Marina also has a market on a Saturday which was also really good and worth a visit. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return to this Villa if we was to return to Playa Blanca.

This luxury villa was more than worth what I payed for it. Daniel, the caretaker of the villas was really attentive to our every need and sorted any problems we had, within the hour we told him. Very friendly man. Quiet area, and I felt safe throughout the duration of my trip. I stayed in the villa for 14 nights, my family consists of 5 people and there was more than enough room for all of us; considering the villa sleeps 8. Very spacious and beautiful. Hot tub was quite hard to grasp but eventually worked it out, although it was always beautiful and provides different colored lights in the night time. The pool was huge for us, and very relaxing. There was also a barbeque and chill out area. Two upstairs bedrooms both had their own, large bathrooms plus one extra one. Downstairs bedrooms had a bathroom to share, which was very spacious and beautiful. Every bedroom was equipped with air con so you were never too hot to sleep. This villa was amazing.

Have just spent a lovely holiday staying at one of the Vista Lobos Villas. Here are my views of the pros and cons

Pros

They are spacious and beautifully furnished and well built
Theres a taxi rank close by
The pool is a good size
The views are lovely

Cons

The villas were not built with air conditioning as standard. In ours the downstairs lounge and bedrooms had no air con and were almost unusable because of he heat
The drains smell pretty bad in the bathrooms and often around the villas. Looks like the drainage is insufficient and will get worse as more villas are opened
They are a little too far from town to walk but taxis are cheap and plentiful
The pool doesn't have normal chlorination which may suit some but two of our group had ear infections and only swam in the villa pool

Overall we had a great holiday but he air con was the worst thing and would stop us going back. Some villas look like they have had additional air con fitted so I'd recommend making sure each room as air con.

Room Tip: Ask if there is air con in all rooms

Recently returned from a 10 day stay at number 40, a party of 8 consisting of 6 adults and 2 children having booked with pureluxuryvillaslanzarote.com. The villa was spacious, massive lounge area with a pool table, bar area, large tv, dvd player with many films to choose from and plenty of seating. The kitchen area was adequate and the dining room had a large balcony leading to the barbecue and seating areas. Plenty of seating outside by the pool and hot tubs areas. The master suite was lovely with an en suite and large bed. The other double en suite room was a little disappointing as it was too small and really should have been a single, there was barely enough room to get around the bed or into the en suite. Both of the twin rooms were on the lower floor with the lounge area and main bathroom, which had a jacuzzi bath, we didn't try it though so can't comment on that.
Both twins rooms were big enough but one seemed a little more neglected than the other, the ceiling fan for example had a thick layer of black dust all over it, so we didn't dare switch in on, and there was a small outside seating area which wasn't very clean so we didn't use it. All the rooms did have air conditioning though, which we were grateful for.
Daniel, the manager, was very helpful and gave us a tour upon arrival and a pack containing useful local information, e.g. a map of the area. During our stay we couldn't get the wi-fi working so we contacted Daniel and he came around straight away to install a new connector, nothing seemed to be to much trouble for him, which was very good.
The villa was advertised as having a full sky package, we couldn't access any channels though except sky news and a couple of music channels. Daniel may have been able to rectify this had we asked, but we weren't too concerned as we hadn't planned to watch much tv.
The pool man came a couple of times during our 10 day stay to clean and top up the pool, and the cleaner came once to change the beds and towels and to clean the floors.
The only other minor improvements that could be made would be to replace the chipped crockery and damaged pool cue, and to provide more teaspoons and basic essentials, for example, all the bathrooms had soap dispensers but they were all empty. Shopping would have been so much easier if basics like handwash, washing up liquid and dishcloths etc had been provided. We left many of these sort of items behind, hopefully they will be left there for the next visitors.
The location was good, about a 25 minute walk to the promenade which runs all the way along the front up to the Marina. The taxi rank is about a 5 minute walk from the villa and a taxi to the promenade or the marina is less than 5 euros.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at the villa and would go back if we were to return to Playa Blanca.

We have just returned from a great holiday, staying at Villa Sarah no 23 Vista Lobos for 2 weeks.
The villa is perfect for a family.
It has 4 bedrooms, but beware only 3 have air con though, other villas in Vista Lobos do have aircon in all bedrooms.
2 tv rooms. Downstairs tv room also has a pool table.
Outside, large pool, hot tub and bbq on the terrace with table and chairs. Local shop around the corner but better and larger shops in Playa Blanca.
It is a good 20 to 25 mins walk to Playa Blanca.
Taxi rank across the road and we never had to wait more than 2 mins.
The villa was cleaned once and towels were changed 3 times.
We were met by Daniel on arrival. He looked after anything we asked for the 2 weeks.
He is very polite and very good in communicating with the kids about rules etc.
We never had any issues with this villa, but if we needed the 4th bedroom it may have been a problem as the website we booked through stated all rooms had aircon. Nevertheless we will be booking for next year soon.

Room Tip: If you need the 4th bedroom make sure you have confirmation it has aircon, dont just believe the web...

Casablanca lives up to the pictures. Very clean, comfortable with all the mod cons. My family and freinds had a great holiday for two weeks spent mostly at the villa as it had everything we needed. The resort and promenade is walking distance from the villa, about 20 minutes. Taxi's available at the entrance to the villa complex and cheap if you don't fancy the walk or want to visit Marina Rubicon. I recommend the Italian restaurant at the Marea Complex.

Well what can we say, we stayed at number 44 vista lobos, called Villa Amina V. Everything was perfect!! We were greeted by Daniel and he was very polite and great with our children. He showed us everything we needed to know. The villa was spotlessly clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub were cleaned twice in our week stay and the villa was cleaned 5 days which was great! The location is great you can walk into town in 20 mins but the taxis are very very cheap here and it cost about 2.50 euros to get to town. There is a new water park across the road too and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
The villa has a hot tub and play area for children these were fantastic added extras that were used plenty on our holiday. Overall we would rate the Villas as excellent and the same for Playa Blanca.... The people here were very friendly and the restaurants are all child friendly! You must visit the Marina too as the views are lovely and lots of nice shops and things to keep the kids entertained.
