A lot of my friends had in room thefts from maids here, even when they paid extra for a safe! The maids had the key. I made suWe ordered that we didn't want maids coming for cleaning unless requested and on our last night there, one opened the door, saw we were in the room and then legged it! (dodgy much!?). The security are really strict with noise ( I mean ...come on ..its IBIZAA!)... The lift was tempermental and many times I had to do my bit of excercise by walking those stairs!...

Rooms include free breakfast though... buffet style (waheey!!)

Our room was quite nice and was like a step away from the beach and all the free night clubs.. so it gets 5* stars for location

Me and my sister came to Ibiza for a long weekend of partying we booked Piscis Park as a spare of the moment thing as we were joining a 30th birthday gang who was in another hotel in the bay and there was no room available. We read the reviews after booking and was dreading this hotel but on arrival we was pleasantly surprised, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and dealt with our check in very quickly. We got into the room to find a harbour/sea view and all clean and tidy quickly unpacked and hit the west end which i may add is 5 min walk at the most. The towels and bed linen were changed daily and room cleaned too.
The food was fine and the dining hall was very clean and staff were great.
The bar staff was friendly and gave good measures which is always a positive!!
The pool area was always clean and tidy and the terrace too.
Do not listen to all the bad reviews we never experienced or heard of any thefts.

Overall good value for money, great hotel with fantastic atmosphere and a perfect location!!

Thanks Piscis Park for an amazing holiday and cant wait to return!!

"lads ..how about ibiza?" that was all it took... before we knew it 6 lads holiday virgins had booked flights and a 7 night stay at some hotel called "piscis park" we didnt have a clue what it was like it was a spur of the moment thing. Then i stumbled upon trip advisor and decided to look it up ...scrolling down i thought F*** what have we done?! "money stolen" "worst hotel ever" "DONT GO HERE"
BUT we are so glad we read the reviews AFTER we booked it as we had such low expectations of this hotel and was thinking about how to defend our room ! honestly..it was the complete opposite to what we thought ... starting off a a slightly negative note it did take us an hour to get checked in as the reception was rather slow. The lift was working fine but we still took the stairs to be on the safe side ;) we all had rooms on the same floor thank god , they were basic but nothing wrong with them at all , not exactly spotless but they weren't dirty which was good. Of course we wanted to start drinking soon as , so we headed to the free bar , drinks were small in plastic cups but they dont half give you a decent measure if you ask for it! staff were fine , be nice don't be disrespectful and you will have no worries! the free bar closes at 11 so you have plenty of time , people don't go out till like 12:30 - 1:30 anyway ..
The Hotel is probably in the best location possible for everything , you have a 5-10 minute walk the the west end and you're practically on the beach anyway its a 2 minute walk if that. You can see the bus station from the hotel.. and most important it's great for bringing birds back they don't have to walk very far ;) security doesnt really care who you bring either.
On our 3rd or 4th day we were at the free bar talking to other lads as you do , we were all on about how we haven't see any trouble at all so far ..and with that a lad in his mid 20's joined the queue with loads of stiches in his face and looked pretty bruised , he had been glassed on the west end. DON'T let this put you off this is the only exception we saw all holiday and lets face it this stuff happens all the time everywhere.

Good- , Best location in San Antonio Bay, good cleaned rooms, close to bus station/beach,bars,restaurants , the hotel buffet has a very wide variety of food , it's not gourmet but its everything you need and you won't have any complaints we didnt use the buffet much anyway. staff are fine if you are with them. You see people being rude to them and they get nowhere haha

Bad- honestly there's not much to report in this section , for people thinking about noise on a night it's not that bad it's luck of the draw with whoever else is in the hotel , music does get blasted out from rooms but eventually security come and tell you to turn it down or if its late turn it off. Drugs .. drugs are more available than water is out there you will get people knocking on your door trying to sell you stuff , you often get hot girls trying to sell you tickets to nights out , gigs ect.. we were always told not to trust them , never let sellers past your door as they can get a good look at what you have valuable wise and pass it on for people to steal. just tell them you're sorted for the week :) they will go away

TIPS- get a safe! and MAKE SURE you get the receipt for it because we ended up having to pay extra when giving the keys back, get air conditioning it really does make a difference...ask for a "big" drink at the free bar 1000 euros easily covered us for the week too
DO AS MUCH AS YOU CAN IN IBIZA book boat parties , go and see big dj's , parasailing , bora bora beach ect make the most of it!

7 nights of freedom in near 30 degrees surrounded by booze , so many stunning girls you dont know where to look non stop partying with people who are all here for a good time ! the best music.... stop reading this and get booking!
Early August 2012 .... the best week of my life.

Room Tip: pool view!

I went there in september with 2 other people, we walked in and the hotel seemed nice but when you went to the lift or stairs it looked like a complete dive, the staff where really cheeky and tried to rob us with r money even the security man said he needs more money to work there, and said it was like a jungle! When you brought a bag into the hotel securtiy had to check the bag to see if there was any alcohol in it and if there was you werent allowed in.you heard people having intercourse, i thought r roof was gonna fall in, the maids never changed r bed or cleaned r room the whole time we were there, when we went to the toilet we had to take napkins from the resturant, i went to the bar for a drink and i got bit on the shoulder because the man was on drugs, the bar staff were quite friendly and knew what we were drinking after being there for half an hour, but the cupswere small, people sniffing drugs at the pool and when the pool guard seen this, the man gave him 50 euro to not say anything, we also got offered drugs by the people sleeping beside us and above us countless times, we got stuff stolen from our balcony and people jump from one balcony to a another. People walked into our rooms with their key which could open our door, the pool was disgusting, feg butts, drink and people being sick beside it, we had to lie on the ground or our balcony cause there was only 20 sun loungers, the food was not great, flies everywhere and it was the same thing everyday for lunch and dinner, people bang on your doors to all hours of the morning, peoples sinks were coming off the walls and ceilings were coming down round them, no air con, and peoples safety deposit boxes were broke in to. The bath was black the toilet had skid marks down it, there was kfc chicken all over our room, we had to ask for more towels, which never arrived, the beds were like bricks, came home with a busted back, the only way you could sleep on them was if you were blocked, not one bit of decor to brighten the hole up, the curtains looked like they had been there since it opened, the wardrobe was bigger than the balcony, the room smelt like a nursing home, the corridors looked like a hospital ward, stairs were really slippy, the lift was... dodgy... the balcony door did not shut right, best thing about the hotel was the door out! Definately would not recommend this hole to anyone, not even an animal!

Room Tip: Just do not stay here, it would drive you crazy

In 2010 i booked to go to Piscis Park with 10 friends at the end of August. In fact i actually ended up going out in June to Ibiza to work there. At which point i had heard some bad reviews but still decided to go and meet my friends in the hotel for the 2 weeks we had booked.

On arrival, the hotel was in a bad way- grafiti, smashed bottles, a group of girls in tears in the reception with the staff laughing at them. To which i made assumptions that they had been irresponsible and the hotel was in that way due to the amount of Chav's in the hotel. However i soon found out the real reason!

To cut a long story short my group of friends had €2000 stolen that week and having spoken to others in the hotel i knew of €5,000 that was stolen that week on our floor. My friends had their money stolen from the safe and their suitcases. When we reported it the hotel didn't want to know and pretended they couldn't understand us. In my opinion they were fully in on the scandal! We therefore returned back home 1 week early and shaken by the whole experience.

Other things we found where old women trying to get in our rooms at 4 in the morning, dismantled beds thrown from the balcony's in the pool and our rooms not cleaned for 5 days.

...On my return to Ibiza this year in 2011, i found out that you can buy a master key for the hotel for €30 allowing you access to any room and similar horror story's.

If you have booked i would strongly advise you try to get your money back!

Central Park is much better and safer across the road and equally as cheap!

Room Tip: Do not go!

I went there in July 2012 with a group of friends, and we had heard many stories about how crazy the place was but we weren't concerned as we were just looking for a place to rest our heads when we came back from a night out. HOWEVER this place was absolutely horrible and i wouldnt stay here again if you paid me. We went all inclusive- which was pointless because the food was disgusting and there were always flys crawling over everything. The staff were beyond rude and weren't helpful in the slightest. My room had no air con and they told me there was nothing they could do other than suggest i buy a fan!!! This is shocking considering i spent a considerable amount to stay here. The all-inclusive drinks are also pointless because you get the smallest of cups (the staff grudge giving you ice) and you are only allowed one drink at a time and there was always a massive queue for the bar due to the amount of people in the hotel. Finally... the pool is disgusting looks as if it has never been cleaned in months and there is approx 15sunbeds for the WHOLE hotel?!? there was never any space!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Seriously crazy hotel. Everyones always drunk, someones always playing music & when you get back from a night out theres always a few people passed out on the stairs or in the corridors! Lol.. stayed here in July mid season and it was mental. We went all inclusive and i'm not going to lie the food wasn't great. It was pretty much the same stuff every day and it didn't look too tasty. I think we just lived off chips and bread!
Any valuables hide them because a lot of people got things stolen from them. None of our group had things taken but there were some lads next to us that had money, phones and even passports taken.
Staff are ok with you if your ok with them. However when we checked in it was around 4am and they guy told us we couldn't check in until 12pm the following day and if we wanted a room we had to pay 200 euros! We ended up getting in a room for free so he was clearly trying to scam us so watch out for that!
Very noisy hotel wouldn't recommend for families or couples! And don't go if your snobby! Lol.. people writing reviews saying how horrible it is. Yeah it is but it's Ibiza, you don't go to sit in your room all day. All you need is a bed to sleep in and this is what you get!
We all enjoyed it and i have stayed there twice now and would stay there again!
