Stayed for a long weekend in mid May. Location was great, 5 min walk to the west end but far enough away for peace and quiet! Rooms were clean and ours had a balcony over looking the pool area. Friendly staff, always helped carry drinks over to the pool area! Would deffo recommend and would not hesitate in staying again.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a balcony over looking the pool area

During my stay at this hotel, i couldnt fault the place, the food, the staff, the locations. All great! The pool is great with the little pod separators for semi-privacy. The only negative in my eyes was the security staff... very overpowering, over the top on noise reduction. For syaing 90% of the guests were young and out most of the night until early hours of the morning, I think it was a little silly to have security guys telling us to be quiet for talking in the lobby and on balconys. Other than that, really good place!

Room Tip: I would ask for a pool view room, the other side of the hotel looks out to dusty roads and other hot...

We have stayed at this brilliant hotel eight times and will return next year. All of the staff are so friendly and will do their very best to make your stay great. The hotel location is perfect for the beach, shops, bars and bus travel with everything a five minute walk away. Lovely clean rooms and the quality and amount of food choice is amazing. Looking forward to our next stay.

Our first time staying here in September and would definitely return. Check him was perfect and receptionists nice. Room as expected for ibiza hotel. Pool area ideal and no stress getting beds. Pool snack bar food quite poor and staff irritable but didn't effect holiday. Best thing is location, away from the madness tucked away down a little lane but literally a 5 minute walk to beach/westend. Breakfast grand. Would go back.

where do a even start?! first off ibiza itself is mint!
it was our first girls holiday there was 3 of us who travelled late august. We arrived at the hotel at about 11 o'clock in the morning and we where told our room wouldn't be ready for a few hours which was a bit annoying but still we didn't really care, we where in IBZ! We just had a look about and went for some brekki. Finally when we got into our room it was faultless. Clean and tidy. The only downside was there wasn't a mini fridge which was a pain since everything we bought (water, vodka, pop) was all warm. We resolved this by buying ice from the shop which is only 2 mins down the road. The maids came in every day to make our beds etc and the towels where cleaned regally. The reception lot are really nice and friendly and there english is good too. My mate cut her hand on a rock and the woman at reception put a new dressing on it everyday which was really nice of her. We stayed half bored, which was a waste of time cos we where never up for breakfast and the tea was always mingin, chips where about the only edible thing, breakfast was a buffet of hot and cold things, sausages, bacon, cereal etc.
through the day the pool area was really chilled and relaxed, we never got a sunbed like so if you don't mind squatting by the pool ya fine.
There a bit picky with who you bring back on a night time and if you have guests round the pool, so we normally went to our mates hotel where they didn't mind who was round the pool. Would deffo recommend the boat party that the reps put on, its always a laugh!
Overall ya in ibiza so ya guna have a mint time anyways... ENJOYYYYYY!

I stayed here at the end of the season when the hotel became very empty. Ok so this is Ibiza and you would expect their to be some loud noisy chavs about. From time to time your going to have a room that's next to people who make serious amounts of noise and threaten you. I am sure every hotel has people fighting in the hotel. But what you don't expect is when you ask to move rooms due to violence and noise, you don't expect to be charged 40 euros a night. The hotel was half empty and it would have been no problem to move rooms but the staff are a nightmare. The reps at Thomas cook are no better.

Its a shame cos the hotel has a really nice reception and is in a great location. But this is the kind of hotel that if you have a problem with your air conditioning or something they would just laugh at you. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Room Tip: Don't get a balcony room that over looks a ship scrap yard

I stayed here in June 2011 and could not fault it. The room was clean, just what you need- a great place to crash after a night out and we had a room over looking the balcony and you could see the sling shot.

It is within walking distance of the strip and the shops in the day time. Little walk to the beach so we did tend to stay by the pool however the pool wasn't too crowded.

The half board aspect was ideal too as we didn't have to worry about eating and the food choice was ok, not brilliant but I can't really complain. Food is available at the bar during the day.

This hotel is good value and we had no issues here what so ever. I would definitely stay here again if I was to go on a group holiday to Ibiza- you cannot fault the island.
