If you like a quite holiday and if you want to relax well this is the place for you. The hotel was lovely and clean but the maids didn't clean the rooms correctly as you would wish. The hotel was not busy as the hotel was shutting for the winter. Some of the bar staff where nice to us and looked as if they where enjoying their job, some of the other staffs service was appalling, made to feel very uncomfortable. No fridges in room which poses a problem in the other building.

Room Tip: Room 2226 aircon very poor

This hotel is in a good position and decor is of a very high standard. Close to the water taxi which takes you directly into San Antonio town. Food very good and all inclusive drinks of a high standard including a good quality cava. The entertainment team are allot of fun and staff in the hotel friendly and helpful.

Really nice hotel, good sized rooms, very clean. Food was exceptional, very good choice for each meal, full fry for breakfast but with continental, buns, cereals etc, wide range for lunch and even bigger variety for dinner - fish dishes, roasts, salads, fried food, pasta, loads of choice, couldnt fault any of the food. 2 nice pools and you're right on the beach if you fancy sun bathing down there. Down the hill from a few good bars and shops. Mix of families, young couples, old couples, friends, no real big groups. Boat taxi right outside the hotel that will take you across the bay. Good drink in the place, can drink solid from 10am to 12am :-) with good entertainment at nights, then just a short taxi ride away to west end etc. You can also get bar snacks from the bars if you cant be bothered going into the canteen area. All in all really cant fault this hotel, would highly recommend, make sure you go ALL INCLUSIVE!

Room Tip: Ask for beach of pool view

Following 2 previous stays at this hotel I can state now I shall NEVER return! Arriving to the bar on the 10th nite of our stay 4 mins late for the all inclusive drinks we were refused 2 x btls of water & told to pay 6 euros was an absolute disgrace! We did not once use the hotel bar even tho we were all inclusive as my husband doesn't drink due to health issues so in no way abused the drinks which the bar staff were clearly aware of (following 10 days of ola's) so I was v.angry indeed as to their attitude. However the following day i didnt evn need to sign for water at the bar as the till was off. The bars staff's manor in general was disgusting & on occasion they tried to give small measures of pop rather than a larger glass as if they had to pay for it themselves! The food was a disgrace & the restaurant was a free for all so if you got a seat you had to hang on for dear life! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a pulse - purely despicable holiday indeed & not cheap at all! My 3 holidays a year will now be spent elsewhere!

There isn't really much I can say that hasn't been said before but I couldn't not write something because I was so impressed with the hotel.

I'm 33 years old and was on holiday with my girlfriend from 17th - 21st Sep (she wrote a review titled "my Lord")

I've been to about 15 all inc hotels in various resorts over the years and this was easily the best of the lot. The hotel is spotless, the staff were brilliant, the rooms were great (stay on the 9th floor if you can for the very best views), and I thought the food was brilliant. Those who say there isn't much variation are obviously the kind of English who have some of everything during each service (like you would normally have fish and spaghetti bolognese together at home), the salad bar was massive (not that I visited it that much), the choice of drinks was pretty good and the bar staff were great. There was one lady who was possibly the happiest bar lady ever.

As everybody else has said, the water taxi is one of the best points of this hotel. We walked around to San Antonio a couple of times and there is a really nice path that takes you along the sea front when you get a bit closer to town ( walk takes about 20 mins). On this path there are some brilliant bars where you can 'chill out' and have a couple of Jugs of Sangria (10 - 15€), we like the 'Space Bar' best but they're all really good and have a great vibe early evening.

The best sunset bar is Cafe Mambo and it does save money taking your own drinks and having them on the beach but the prices aren't crippling expensive, a jug of Cava Sangria was 25€ I think and you get a whole bottle of sparkling win in there.

We went on this holiday with high expectations because of all the great reviews and we really weren't disappointed. I'm struggling to think of any criticisms really. I can't really comment on what the noise might be like during peak season but you could have heard a pin drop in our room at night. The swimming pool by the bar was a bit rough around the edges (literally) but the water was clean and the swimming pool area was kept spotless.

If you are thinking about staying in San Antonio Bay and are looking at other hotels you must be mad. We got AMAZING value for money and it is the only place I would stay if I ever return to Ibiza.

Room Tip: High as possible

Me and my cousin 23 and 25, stayed here back in June, we loved it so decided to stay again during our visit in September. We went to Ibiza purely for the party scene but wanted to be away from it all during the day, the Milord is perfect for this, the taxi boat takes you straight to San An for 2.50 euros. Check in was quick and easy, we had a room on the 3rd floor in the 2nd building, perfect views over the sea and opposite cafe mambo.
Room was cleaned everyday, maids were friendly, pointed us in the right direction during a fire alarm (as we had no clue!), it was comforting to see all the staff outside during the alarm aswel, felt like we were in safe hands! The main reason we booked this hotel is that it is safe and secure, reviews we read for other hotels were not good! Your belongings are safe in this hotel and no robberies!
With regards to staff they are all friendly, exception is the manager, he appears very stern, and I don't think I ever saw him pop a smile! Antonio the chef is a sweetheart, always greeted us! The entertainment team are very good, all friendly and not too in your face!
Food- Ok, so me and my cousin are the worlds fussiest eaters, but even we found the food here lovely, lots of choice and variety, breakfast kept us going for the rest of the day! we found the evening meal times were busiest at 7:30pm, but always managed to get a table.
In June this hotel was full with young groups but this time we noticed a big difference, lots of older couples and families (they looked at us like we were mad, rolling in at 7am from the clubs, it was quite entertaining seeing their faces!) But hey we're young and that's what Ibiza's about!
The hotel staff will not have any trouble in their hotel (which is reassuring), they will watch you like a hawk if you are a young group of people, and they definitely won't have you bringing back 'guests', so if you're young and wanting to 'get laid', I wouldn't recommend this hotel! We went out for a girly holiday with no trouble and that's what we got :) We purchased our club tickets from reception and were able to get a taxi ordered when we needed one :) Overall we enjoyed our stay, we are back next June for round 3 and we'll definitely be staying at the Milord, thanks guys for making our holiday amazing! See you next year!

Room Tip: Ask for a high room in the 2nd building...immense views of the bay!

Stayed here for a week from 29th June - 7th july as a group of 4 females aged 19, 22, 23 and 26. Arrived at around 4am. Having booked half board but wanting to upgrade to all inclusive we asked the man at reception if we could pay to upgrade. He said it was too late now but we could come down to reception and upgrade tomorrow. He then put wristbands on us and told us we were all inclusive. We were a bit confused since we had just discussed the fact we were half board and asked him what we were entitled to. He said everything. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Not quite believing our luck we went to our rooms without questioning further. The food is plentiful and tasty with something different everyday, and the drinks are of a good variety and we were allowed to order more than one at a time. All you need to do is write your room number on the receipt. Us writing our room number on the receipt led to us being called to reception again on day 3 and being told we were not all inclusive and that our wrist bands were being cut off. Since it was their error and not ours we paid for our remaining 5 days, refused to pay for the first two and they were happy with that. The hotel is lovely, clean and tidy. Staff in the restaurant dont seem very happy to be there but it's not too bad. Beach is dirty. I wouldn't have gone in that water if you'd paid me, but I'm not a beach person and we got a sunbed at one of the two pools everyday even after coming out at 11am! One pool is louder with games, aqua gym etc going on and the other is quiet. Entertainment is good fun in the day and at night, and the team doing it are awesome especially fabio and jonny. Enjoyed evenings involving, quizzes, magic, acrobatics and more. Being 4 young girls we went over to San antonio strip most nights but we drank at the bar all inclusive whilst watching the evening entertainment and got the last water taxi at midnight over to San Antonio which is €2.50. The hotel is mainly family based so wasn't spoilt by youngsters causing havoc all night. Recommend trips to the hippy market and water park although I'd book them both on the same day. We did hippy market in the morning and water park in afternoon as they aren't big enough to warrant a full day at either of them. Also book a boat trip they are good fun. Make sure to book with your rep, there will be people trying to sell tickets to things on the beach but some are scammers and the tickets are fake. Recommend this hotel to both families and young people looking to party but wanting a clean, quiet hotel away from the chaos on San Antonio :)
