I stayed here from 2nd till the 9th october 2010 and I had such a great time!
i stayed there for my birthday and got a free birthday cake which i thought was lovely as last year i stayed at a different hotel for my birthday and had to pay for it!

the food was VERY good, the staff were very friendly, don't listen to the bad reviews. i also had a good nights sleep every night.

the hotel is in a perfect location, the sunsets are beautiful and there are plenty of shops and bars near by. linekers bar is very good!.

the rooms are very nice, they are cleaned daily. very spacious and plenty of storage. i would advise asking for a sea view :-)

the entertainment i thought was very good, it kept me entertained. theres a good selection of drinks available for all inclusive guests. its good value for money.

the only thing is, the rooms need more plug sockets, specially by the mirror.

i loved this hotel so much i will be going back next year and i cannot wait :-)

I thought the hotel handled the incident that happened while i was there very well. nobody needed to know about what happened, people are on holiday, i didn't know till i got home and thats the way it should be.

thanks for a great holiday and i look forward to going back next year!! :D

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. Its clean and tidy, but rather dated in some places. The rooms are clean and tidy, maid came in every day with clean towels. We had a nice sea view, only downside is that our room was above the entertainment which could be very loud late night, one morning we were kept awake until 1.30am as people were still sat there laughingand shouting. The food was good and a great choice for everyone, drinks servrd at the table. Poolside was very busy and it was a rush to get a sunbed by the pool. We witnessed a suicide jump from the 6th floor when we were there which was very distressing and ruined our holiday, He landed just below our balcony as we were on the second floor. This happened at 00.40am, so thankfully there were no kids around. My daughter witnessed this and wanted to come home as it really upset her. The staff were not very helpful and tried to cover up the whole situation. I can understand that they dont want this to effect their hotel, but they could have had a better approach to the way they dealt with it. Its a nice hotel, but because of what we witnessed we would not return.

On arrival at the hotel after a 6am flight we were pleasantly surprised that we where allocated our room @ 11am without having to wait till the stated 3pm entry. The rooms are basic but are very clean. They have a flat screen TV which we did not have to pay for . The only thing I would liked to have seen is Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. I was only staying on a HB basis, but having spoke to people they seemed rather annoyed that they only beer the could get free was a bottle of Cruzcampo, if they wanted the San Miguel they had to pay £1.70 extra and the only wine on the All inclusive was vile, again you had to pay extra for the better variety. The entertainment was not to my taste, but they did vary it and had Beijing Acrobats one night which was worth the watch, they have a Mini Disco every night from 9-9.30 for the kids which went down well with my 4 yr old daughter. The animation guys where very good and tried to get every one involved most nights. If it had not been for the entertainment in the hotel it would have been a case of dinner and bed, as there is nothing else around the Island happening in October. Ibiza in general is very over priced in comparison to other parts of Spain. eating out is a small fortune. We went to KFC for a quick snack and got the 9 piece chicken Bargain bucket which cost £9.99 in the UK we paid 24.95 euros there. We where situated on the 5th floor looking over the pool with a fabulous sea view, as stated in prev reviews the plug sockets are in the weirdest places ever .The shower is very powerful and there is constant hot water. .The food never changes at all a breakfast, fried eggs, scrambled, sausages, bacon, beans all the usual fried junk. Dinner there was always something we could eat with plenty of variety. Over all The hotel is ok, would I go back to Ibiza......NO.
