Visited this hotel again for 11 nights stay, it's a hop skip and jump from the beach weather has been wonderful and the food was good as usual. Rooms are spacious and the staff are a delight. Will be going again next year.

Great hotel, very clean, excellent food choices, hot and cold. Staff are brilliant on reception. The Arenal is central for every thing and everybody, ie night life, sceinic walks,it's all there. Ibiza is for all ages

Room tip: Sea views, high floor

I'm currently staying at this hotel as part of a Thomas Cook holiday and you know what, the hotel is pretty decent. It's in a great location literally 10 steps from the outside sitting area to the sand in the beach. The drinks are cheap €3.20 for a pint of San Miguel. The first couple of days the food wasn't the best but as the week has gone on its got much better. The rooms extremely clean and well looked after by the staff who run the place. They could do with an update (new beds and some fresh paint on the wall). I would have liked a TV with a few more English channels on but that's not a problem. There is one problem with the TV's and that is that you're forced to watch any English channels with Audio description turned on.

There's just one HUGE downside to the place.

The walls are paper thin and you hear every little noise coming from a room at the side of you, underneath you and above you.

The night that I am writing this is the 13/10/18 and all I've heard is people banging, fighting, arguing, throwing stuff across their room, doors being slammed as hard as they can and multiple people's TV's on full blast at 1:20 AM.

Other than that, not a bad hotel.

First room 329 was like a dark dungeon black floor tiles very old fashioned dark wood everywhere..awfull clean but awfull. upgraded to room 322 much better nice bright bathroom .light floor tiles .Beds hard and uncomfortable.Lovley helpfull staff, then the food let them down ,cheep tastless products.Pool area shabby and unkempt.Front of hotel had lots off loungers with very comfy toppers on but it rained heavily and they were just left out .So when the sun came out there wasn't any were for guest to sunbath every thing was soaked .If they had some one taking care of the grounds as other hotels have .The guest areas would be habitable. The hotel is badly in need of renavation .

Room tip: Ask for front of hotel

This time had a sea view room for the cost of a standard, get view of the sunset. Food was great as always, and staff couldn’t do enough to make your staff comfortable. Even when I realised that I’d undercooked by a day, they did everything to make my continued stay seem less -definitely will be going back again.

Room tip: Any sea view for best time
