From the fabulous food and beautiful greeting staff to the fabulous music and setting there is literally NOTHING to dislike about Cafe Mambo.. I actually adore this place and it touched my heart from the first time I went here 4 years ago and I aim to visit at least twice a year it is THAT good - seriously. If you do not end your trip to Ibiza with a little visit to Mambo for a cocktail as the sun sets then you are MAD... Just went all goosebumpy writing that!! ha! Love it!

Cocktails to die for - expensive but worth it. Sunset was beautiful to watch from Mambo - there is also a little beach out the front where you can bring your own and watch the sunset - beautiful

While the service, the image, the style and the sunset view of Cafe' Mambos is fabulous the food and drink was tasteless and unimpressive.

Having heard about this restaurant for years I finally went one my 2nd trip to Ibiza and I was disappointed. We went at 6pm and were able to get a free table for an hour as their peak period is between 7-9 (for the sunset obvy)

We paid 127 euros for 3 of us to dine on the blandest food ever.
The menu is very basic and there isn't much choice, I think the safe option is a salad.
I had the chicken strips which I found dry and rather tasteless and the cheese burger had no flavor to it either - presentation was nice. The sharing starter was the only nice part of the meal and that's probably because it was from a freezer bag. We had strawberry daiquiri's that I'm sure had barely any alcohol in it, which is surprising because in Ibiza you may pay 15 euros for a drink but it's guaranteed to get you tipsy. Desert was a brownie with ice-cream, which I'm pleased to say was yummy.

It was our last meal before leaving Ibiza, The waitress was so lovely and the atmosphere is buzzing so it's such a shame the food isn't up to scratch.

Honestly Burger King at the airport tastes better.

Possibly my favourite place to watch the sunset go down! The food is lovely, if not a bit pricey (but where isn't in Ibiza) The whole vibe of the area at sunset is chilled out and sets of for a good evening!
My only tip would be to book a table if you want to be right next to the shore line.

It was a very busy night. But we booked a Table earlier in the day for that night which they didn't have ready in the evening. Said they called us. LIE as they didn't even ask for our number

But food was nice. Wait weren't too bad. Drinks flowed quick. Sunset in unbelievable and the atmosphere was great

But warm up Dj didn't show. BOB SINCLAIR which was a Shame. then second LIE said min spend us £70 euros each. We was told £60 in the day time. Felt like they were trying it on a bit

Overall was a good place to end our holiday but there is better Restaurants on the island. I'd go back for a drink next time unless they got better or more staff

Dear Danny T,

Our apologies for your incidents that night. As a general information, this season, the conditions for bookings were the following:
Seafront tables had a minimum spend of 70€ per person, Terrace tables 60€ and VIP tables 100€ (Season 2013).
We will see what happened that night and talk with our staff to avoid it from happening again.
Unfortunately that night Bob Sinclair had a last minute change and could not make it.

Hopefully we will see you soon again having a Jug of Sangria and seeing the sun go down!
