I was here for a meal in September and to watch the Ibiza sun set. I ordered a steak which I wasn't impressed with considering how much I paid for it. The cocktails are great, a bit expensive, but it's Ibiza so what do you expect. The atmosphere is amazing. If you do go to Cafe Mambo, try and go a night where there is a good DJ playing. I seen Eric Prydz when I was there and he was really good.
I would recommend the cocktails at Cafe Mambo, just not the food. Its definately somewhere you should go at least once if you are in Ibiza.
