We are really sad that we have not discovered Alfonso's before, having spent 9 winter months here in the last 3 years.
This is not one for a romantic meal, a bit bright and the service, if anything, too fast.
Having said that, this is about as good as you get in Andalucia, without paying over the odds. In early January, this was a lively restaurant serving huge fish portions. My tuna (€12) would have probably cost (€8) to buy in France.
The house Rioja was fine at just €12. I just wish they had switched off the TV.
Things will undoubtedly be different in summer, but a very enjoyable, well-priced meal.
