This is an exceptionally beautiful villa in a peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We only ever left the villa to get food supplies and visit the fish market. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area made eating 'at home' a pleasure , in fact, we usually eat out every night on our holidays but on this trip we ate out only once and had many fun nights barbecuing for hours on end and enjoying the beer on tap! . The large pool was beautiful and clean and we chose to have it heated making it even more perfect. We did not have young children in our party but if you do, the villa is very well equipped with stair gates, pool fence , play area and many pool toys and even a range of different bikes including helmets. Howard was a pleasure to meet and he dealt with any requests quickly. He kindly took over and arranged the taxi for members of our party whose flight arrival was delayed until late at night . We can't wait to return and will now only ever use the VillaView properties as the quality of their villas are of a very high standard and the service received was amazing

We were a family party of 9 ranging from 3 weeks old to 63 years old and we could not have picked a more perfect villa. It suited all ages and tastes.
Everything about this villa is of a high standard and our original party size of 12 would have been easily catered for.
The service we received was excellent with the owner meeting us on arrival and being available to deal with any questions we had, throughout our stay.
We all liked it so much we are already planning to return next year!

Casa Grand is a gem of a find - a fantastically well equipped, decorated, and looked after beautiful villa that we had an amazing time at. Howard the owner could not have been more helpful. As a group with several toddlers/young kids, it was perfect - child safe and lots of lovely luxuries to make it special. Loved the outside kitchen BBQ. Would not hesistate to recomend it to friends or to return in the future ourselves.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everyone in our party enjoyed every second of our stay.

We traveled with 6 children ranging in age from 3 to 17 and not once did I hear the word "Bored"

This villa had everything we needed and then some more, The Kids were busy enjoying themselves from morning to night, We found it hard to get them to stop and eat.

The villa was absolutely spotless clean, The outside gardens and pool were amazing and the highlight for me was the outside BBQ/Kitchen/Bar/Dining area complete with TV and top of the range sound system, Amazing family dinner parties that I will never forget.

Outside the villa there was no shortage of activities and things to do although we found ourselves not wanting to leave the villa as it had all we needed, Portimao is a 10 min drive away and has a large shopping center with a range of great shops and resturants.
There are numerous amazing beeches within close proximity too.

The owner, Howard, gave us some great local knowledge and was available 24/7 if we needed anything.

If you rent a car, a drive up the mountains at sunset is a must, amazing views over the Algarve and some great restaurants on the way.

The town of Lagoa is 5 mins drive away and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants.

There is a waterpark Slide N Splash less than 10 mins away and is another good day out for the Kids.

The only thing for us was the price, It did seem expensive to us as we never stayed in a villa before, But we think it was worth every penny.

I don't think me or my kids will ever forget the amazing time we spent here.
And we look forward to returning again sometime!!!

We recently stayed at Casa Grande over the Easter holidays (2 weeks) we ranged from a 14 month to 60 year old - the villa accomodated for us all, we had a group of 14 of us.

The villa was 5* plus, it was well equiped, clean and very luxurious! The service we received from Howard and the staff was next to none! It's the best villa holiday we have had and are already looking at trying out another villa for next year! We were very very impressed with all the helpful advice, tips and local knowledge which was kindly shared with us.

Highly recommended! You will love it!

This is our 2nd visit to this villa and we have already booked our third. We were in a large group of 6 adults and 8 children we didn't feel cramped at all.
The villa is extremely well equipped and the children weren't disappointed with all the toy!
The villa is in a very quiet private location, not overlooked by any one but close by car to all the essential amenities such as restaurants, beeches and supermarkets.
Howard the owner was fantastic. He couldn't do enough for you, whether it was getting another keg of beer, organising a roast suckling pig or taking us to the fish market.
