We stayed for 4 nights for a last break before the winter months. The hotel was really lovely with a great welcome and reception. Our room was a bit away from the main hotel but faced the thalasso pool. It was spacious and very clean with a small seating area but a lovely terrace to sit on. The restaurants were excellent and the chocolate souffle is out of this world. The views from the main pool and restaurants of the sea are gorgeous not to mention the gardens within the hotel which are so well kept. This is really suited to couples as it asks for quietness around the thalasso pool and main pool, however there was another pool for families which we didn't venture over too.

What a beautiful resort! The view of the ocean is so spectacular! The gardens are kept so wonderfully. We saw a white and black swan on the small pond they have in the middle of the gardens. They even have a kitchen garden that is used by the restaurant.
We did not stay at the hotel so I cannot speak about the rooms. We stopped here on our way from Lisbon, Portugal to Seville, Spain for lunch. The food was good, I wouldn't say it was great, but it was good and the buffet setup was nice. This resort would be worth seeing even if you only get to stay a few moments for the view.

The hotel is very nice, the view is fantastic, there are 3 pools that are never crowded, the room is beautifuly decorated and comfy and the staff is excellent. The only things that we did not like (and that's why I only give 4*) is the room cleaning and the hammam-sauna in the spa: they are ok but not of a 5* standard

We arrived at night, so we were surprised by the garden which is very exotic and charming. They decorate it with lots of comfy beds and chairs around which invites you to relax and enjoy. The beach view is breathless! The beach is very nice and the service is efficient.
I want to specially thank the guys from reception, they were so nice, attentive, it made a difference.
The rooms were very modern, clean and comfy. I really like the design and general decoration of the hotel.
If you want to have a break from the world go here its just what you need.
The only negative point was the food, too expensive and the service was a bit messy. Breakfast was very good and complete! Though, Well worth it! I cant wait to go back !!!

We recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks and I have to say we really enjoyed it. It provided what one would expect from a 5* star hotel, i.e. friendly staff, rooms and furniture in good shape, nice gardens and the like.
There are a few things that really set this hotel apart from others:
- from the restaurant, bar and pool (all virtually in the same spot) you have a great view over the ocean
- over a couple of steps you have direct access to a beach which is not very crowded
- the hotel consists of multiple distributed buildings, so you don't feel like you stay in a big block of concrete
- there is a garden with huge outdoor beds from where you can enjoy the view (and the sound) of the ocean (we figured most guests didn't bother walking there even though it was clearly marked on the hotel map and definitely worth walking 2-3 minutes from the reception)

Room Tip: If you have issues with walking make sure to get a room close to the reception. The rooms with sea v...

Very nice park like property with friendly and attentive staff. We only found a few weak spots, but they were very limited and would not prevent us from granting the top rating. Guests come from various countries, including Portugal. We only had bed and breakfast and took only two evening meals which we found nice but somewhat overpriced. The area (if you have a car) offers lots of choices at different price levels and we found it fun to try many of them - would do it the same way next time.

Excellent hotel. The amazingly friendly and professional staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Top level service at its best. Recommend and hope to return.

Only con would be the menu of the sole restaurant. Recommend walking cross the road to neighbour hotel's restaurants.

Do also agree that too many kids unsupervised.
