Probably one of the best restaurants in the Old Town, quick service. Waiters welcome guests in their own language. The food is delicious, the fish is fresh and the black mussels are delicious. Worth a visit for dinner, the view is fantastic!

Me and my wife was at Dulcenea for 12 days. We had a great time thanks to the hospitality and service of the Family Nimanbegu. Our room was at the rooftop where we had a great view of the sea wich was beautiful. Clean and nice rooms with balcony (sea-view). They also have a fantastic restuarant with the best view over the beach and the strip of Ulqin. Great food and service! We recommend this place to anyone who would like to travel to montenegro and Ulqin! /Mendi

You can see their love and passion for their place - with clear focus in providing their guests with great experience. Food is great providing good view in long-standing Mediterranean seafood culinary tradition.
