We ate at Caldetino a couple of days after Christmas 2012, and were wowed by the beautifully cooked tagliata with rosemary, home-made ravioli and ragu. A good wine list too; but most importantly, there is exquisite hospitality and conviviality in abundance. In the summer, you can eat outside and absorb the beauties of the Mugello hills.
