Those who speak about “terrible disappointment” referring to the Albergaccio Restaurant are surely wrong and perhaps they mistook and refer to some other restaurant. Anyhow, I don’t think that “the customer is always right”. Sometimes the staff is obliged to behave the same way the customer does. I enjoyed very much my meal at Albergaccio Restaurant and I decided to mention it in my book, the thriller “L’indice di Raffaello”. I attended this restaurant also on other later occasions.
