Visited the first time in the early eighties while traveling for business. Was so good that had to go back many more times during the years even if far from my hometown of Milan.
The food not only is fantastic, but most of the ingredients are actually from the property itself.
They produce their own Supertuscan Wine, own Olive Oils and vinegars, the best Chianina Beef on the bone you will ever have and an atmosphere so great that you feel extremely satisfied while tasting all the lovely concoctions on offer.
After all these years, it is still one of the best places where you can savour the exquisite food and wines from Tuscany
