One of the best places we have ever dined in Italy! Very close (3km) to Borgo San Felice. Do not miss this place if you are anywhere in the area! One star Michelin since 1997 in this tiny village. Small and cozy. Bottega since Helene, the chef-owner goes to market every morning to come up with the menu. Delectable! We stumbled on it after being recommended by our concierge to go to another place in the tiny town of Sesta since San Felice was closed for a private dining event. (Hmmm, wonder why he didn't recommend this place.....). We dined at San Felice the first night. We dined at Bottega 30 the next TWO nights. (Maybe that's why?). It was that good! Great handmade pastas: large uovo ravioli with white truffles was divine, second night homemade spaghetti with beautifully cured/smoked thin slices of goose breast and white truffles as starters. Also, an excellent artichoke heart starter my wife had both nights. Incredible roast saddle of pork one night, and perfectly cooked tagliata the second night. Great house made desserts. Excellent reasonable wine list with good local suggestions from Helene. Small staff of four, but super efficient amicable service. Cozy as they come in the two small rooms, one with winter wood burning stove. Old memorabilia dotting the walls. Everything a cozy, romantic wine country great little restaurant can ever aspire to be! We LOVED this place and its chef-owner! As good as it gets! We shall return! Splendido! Do not miss it!

My husband and I had a lovely meal here during our honeymoon. The chef came out and asked to prepare a tasting menu for us, which was different for each of us since I cannot eat cheese, and a delicious meal ensued. The sommelier also recommended a delicious bottle of wine. This is a very small and intimate restaurant and our meal featured porcini and white truffles, both of which were in season.

This restaurant is very small (seats ~24 people), which adds to the charm. The food and service are impeccable. My wife and I dined here while we were in the area during our honeymoon. This meal was possibly the best of our entire stay in Italy (other tops included Imago at the Hotel Hassler in Rome, and La Sponda at Le Sirenuse in Positano). It really is that good. If you're in the area, have your concierge make you a resevation - you won't regret it!

A group of 11 of us recently visited this fab restaurant for a friends 50th birthday and what a fantastic place to choose. We spoke to the owners and chef the previous day during the first ever food festival of Vila Sesta and outlined a few issues such as vegetarians, shellfish allergies etc.

On arrival the next night we were ushered into a private dining room full of olde world charm and the complimentary Prosecco commenced. Each and every dish of the tasting menu was sublime, and the skills required to serve the signature ravioli dish with the soft egg yolk inside, covered in white truffle to 11 people at the same time is a credit to the small team in the kitchen.

Both the head chef and pasta chef came out at the end and signed a cook book and menu for our OLD friend and wished him a happy birthday which was a nice touch.

For me the spinach stuffed quail on pasta cream and the belly of pork were also very memorable markers on the night, and I would love the opportunity to return to this restaurant as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a very unforgettable dinner at La Bottega del 30 with my girlfriend. This place is one in a live time and it differs from all the traditional Tuscan restaurants. We were suggested by the wonderful owner to take the traditional menu and the choice was defenitely right.
Eating here is must on your itinerary in Tuscany.
