We could not visit this hotel. We tried to book a room in English by email. They either not replied to our questions or nor replied at all.
We tried to call them. After several unsuccessful tries we were told to call back later or send an email. We gave up and booked a room in some other place. They started to bomb us with email when our holiday was due to.
After a month or later we received legal threats by email from Albergo Mezzolago Hotel Pieve di Ledro. They claimed that we have not payed for some service.....
Try to avoid this place. There are great hotels in Italy where they know something about communications and hospitality.More
