In summer you can have breakfast outside on the terrace surrounded by the scents and colours of the countryside and in the evening you can dine in the cool of the olive trees immersed in the profound peace of the Iblea nights. We offer a wide and carefully chosen selection of traditional dishes, combining flavour and lightness and made with "Zero kilometres" produce (PDO Sicilian cheeses, Protected Designation of Origin, Val di Noto oil, cured meats and meat from local farms), and fresh raw materials from organic farms. The quality of Masseria degli Ulivi's cuisine has already had a further upgrade thanks to our organic vegetable garden where vegetables are grown and picked every day. Our experienced chef, Salvatore, knows best how to use them in his dishes.
