Warm service, cool pool. Charming and friendly staff. Highly recommend it for your stay in the area. We used it as a base for our excursions to see the sites.

The staff catered to all our needs... as a family travelling with a 14month old baby.

The rooms were maintained to a good standard and we felt really at home. The villa is ideally situated and if you have Google Maps - not a problem to find.

This villa is a true Italian gem....a few tips to make it more enjoyable!

1. Make sure you read the instructions sent by the villa via email! This place is very difficult to find at night and it is easy to get lost, even with sat nav! Do not stay here if you have not hired a car as there is no public transport.

2. The villa only serves breakfast, which is yummy (all continental, cakes and pastries etc...home made by the owner) but you will need to travel for lunch and dinner. Unless you choose to use the alfresco kitchen, which comes with a €5 per day charge. We cooked for one of our evenings and loved the experience of cooking outside. It is slightly difficult to find a market, so ask at reception!

3. The pool area has a well stocked bar, however there is not always someone around to man it! We didn't mind going to reception to ask, but if you are expecting to be waited on hand and foot this is not the place for you.

4. Mosquitos! There are a few here....you are staying in the middle of the country surrounded by lemon trees, it is only natural to find Mosquitos!! Cover up well at night and spray repellent over exposed skin. Do not leave your door open at night and use a plug in provided at reception.

I hope this helps. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are amazing, even if the communication is mostly body language and hand gestures! You will leave feeling like you have stayed with family. Thank you...we hope to be back soon xx

This charming Agriturismo is a bit hard to find, but detailed directions are provided and once you get there you find a friendly and comfortable B&B in amongst the lemon groves. The owner and staff are charming and very helpful, providing all sorts of information about the local towns, beaches and ancient sites. Breakfast offered a wide selection of home made goodies and was plentiful. The room was large, comfortable and clean and there is a well maintained swimming pool for guests to use. Its location makes it a great base for exploring the Baroque towns and sandy beaches of this of Sicily.

Somewhat difficult to find but very quiet environment. And still it is close to the main roads/highways to visit the surrounding regions.
In the evening a lot of fun (music, dance) with the local leading ladies ! ;-)
Maybe make the evening-karaoke-dinners "all-in"...charging drinks seperately makes it a strange thing and breaks the "ambiance" !

Room Tip: The rooms with the outdoor "kitchenette" are nice.

We went to Villa Felicia in september. After reading the reviews, we had high hopes. We had no trouble finding it, thanks to a good Sat Nav. Villa Felicia is at the end of a very narrow dead end street, which is good, because it's quiet. The setting is really nice, because the villa and other buildings are surrounded by citrus groves. the B&B is a few minutes away from the beach, by car. You can't really walk there. It's about 10 minutes from Noto, again, by car.
The rooms are diverse: they have a few rooms in the villa, about 8 rooms across the road (the dead end street without any traffic), these rooms are built with brick or concrete, and then there's about 8 or 9 rooms in a circular wooden building. This seems the least attractive: dark and very warm. We stayed in the rooms across the road. Our room was fine, it was plenty big. The bathroom was small, especially the shower, which was tiny. Our room also had an outdoor kitchen, under the porch. A nice feature, which comes at an extra charge. The kitchen utensils were very basic. The essentials were there, but that's it.
The swimming pool was next to the villa. It is relatively small, considering they have 20 rooms. When we arrived and wanted to go for a swim, we found the pool quite dirty. When I checked the intake of the pool filter, it was full of leaves, bugs, a dead frog, etc. I told Martina, the receptionist, and she had it cleaned within minutes. It took until the following day before the pool looked any better though. We preferred the beach, which was beautul, sandy, quiet (in september), and the sea had a nice temperature for swimming.
The breakfast was very good, there was a chouce of Cerials, bread, cold meats, cheese, and many cakes, some home made. Coffee an tea were fresly made. When we were there, the place was buzzing with mosquitoes. As soon as one would sit down for breakfast, so did the mosquitoes (zanzare in Italian). At the B&B, they are more than willing to supply you with mosquito repellent, as the are aware of this problem.
What we liked the most about Villa Felicia, were the receptionists: Martina and Ylenia. They were very hospitable, knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Thanks girls!!! The owner Felicia is also really friendly and hospitable, but then... she's the owner!
What we liked most about the area was Noto: what a beautiful town!!! Noto is small enough to see most of it in a single day, but it's beautiful enough to go back for a stroll in the evening when it's all lit up, have dinner in one of the excellent restaurants and a drink opposite the cathedral.

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms in the wooden building, especially in summer. Bring mosquito repellent.

Get the GPS coordinates before trying to find it! We had followed the instructions Ylenia sent us - but the road signs vanished and we had to call for assistance. English isn't Ylenia and Felicetta's strength so when we phoned, we couldn't fathom where to go - but luckily Martina and Ylenia came out and found us (and Martina spoke fluent French) so we were rescued!

Martina took us to the bar and explained the best places to visit and leant us an umbrella to take to the nearby beach. We were also given a list of restaurants in Noto, recommended by previous guests. (Visiting in September meant that all the restaurants at Noto Lido were closed. Old Noto was a 15 minute drive away.) However, usefully on the first night the hosts ran a communal, home-made pizza night (very good value, with plenty of wine and home made liquors.)

Breakfasts featured freshly made coffee, a wide selection of pastries and cakes, home made preserves, yogurt and fresh fruit.
The bedrooms are located close to the car park - over the lane from the bar, pool, sitting room and breakfast terrace. The rooms are not large, but are an OK size and each one features a handpainted design by an Italian artist. They benefit from either a fenced-off terrace with sofa and picnic table or an outside table and chairs. There is also a washing line available, in amongst the lemon trees.

The only downside to staying here was tt September is prime mosquito season, and we did get badly bitten. Ylenia and Felicetta explained on our departure that if we had said, they would have given us an anti-mozzie plug-in device.

Although the hosts do not speak much English (we were told to expect this in Sicily, but this was the only place it was true) they are delightfully friendly. Most guests were Italian and they visibly appreciated the family atmosphere.

Room Tip: Book early to ge a chalet room with terrace

Place to visit! Great italian food, good service, nice people, excelent atmosphere.
I tried some really good wines: local and italian one also. To begin wwith prosecco was helpful in the high temperature.
I recommend for everybody!
