“Il B&B Perfetto! The Perfect B&B”
Reviewed June 2, 2011

Before we booked Villa Felicia we read the reviews and we were hoping that they'd be true. The B&B was much more than we expected! Signora Felicetta is the perfect hostess and she makes you feel at home from the moment you set foot in the B&B. As soon as she arrived, she welcomed us, showed us around the premises and offered us refreshments. Then she gave us our rooms so we could settle down, after promising us that as soon as we felt like it, she'd guide as to where we should go, which restaurants we should eat at etc. When we were on our way back on the first day, our rental car broke down. The towing truck took us to the garage and we were left there stranded. Sign. Felicetta was kind enough to send a member of her staff to pick us up. She went out of her way to help ease the discomfort - who else but Sign. Felicetta would have taken us to a restaurant and come back for us?? She even phoned everywhere to help us get a replacement car. She was absolutely invaluable!! Each time she saw us she made sure that we had everything we needed and she thinks of everything! On one morning when it was raining, she prepared umbrellas for us, in case we hadn't brought our own!

Going on to the actual B&B... the rooms are lovely and very welcoming... there's a lovely area under the lemon trees where b'fast is served on lovely days. In case it rains, there's a lovely breakfast room that can be used. There is really nothing to fault at Villa Felicia - you can literally feel at home while away from home and you really hate leaving Sign. Felicetta and her family when the trip ends.

I can only say one thing: GO AND VISIT B&B VILLA FELICIA. IT'S THE PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING SOUTH OF SICILY!!

SIGN FELICETTA AND FAMILY, THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY! WE'LL BE BACK xxx

The best place we stayed in our week in Sicilia, we were there 2 nights. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcomed us like famiglia. They put out wonderful breakfasts and even cooked omelets for me. A friendly donkey came to the gate, made friends with us but wouldn't come in the courtyard. The room we had was rustic but comfortable.

We loved Villa Felicia, we booked 3 nights and we had no idea what to expect from this place.....but well, we had a great time! La Sig.ra Felicetta, surely knows how to please and make to feel at home her guests! The great thing of our stay was that we didn't need to think about anything, every morning at breakfast Sig.ra Felicetta was suggesting a place to visit or a beach to go and relax and for the evening herself or her son Salvo, were booking for us a restaurant! And in that region, especially on August, feels so good just to walk in a restaurant without having to queue for hours and being sure that the restaurant we picked is of a very high standard and at good value!

The Villa is very nice, swimmingpool, bar and lemon tree area to relax and have breakfast. Our room was very cosy, we were on the upper part of the villa, with a lovely veranda to watch the stars at night.

Myself and my husband will try to go back to stay few more days in this lovely place mostly to meet again Sig.ra Felicetta and her great staff.

Been there just 2 days, but will surely come back next year for more time. Everything good you read on previous reviews are fully true. Miss Felicia and her staff are always ready to make you feel comfortable giving advice on tasty restaurant, seaside location... better than an Internet guide!

Moreover acconmodation are renewed with modern forniture, air condition with a nice view on lemon trees. We choose one with an open air kitchen (perfect for summer time), but we never used it as we were always eating on suggested restaurant/Trattoria.

Swiiming pool is a little small (but don't care as beaches are 5 minuts by car).
It includes a fresh bar with drinks with good prices (try the cold cofee).

And last but not leat, one of the best breakfast we ever had.

A very good compromise price and quality!

We stayed for 2 nights at Villa Felicia. And we enjoyed it very much.It is quiet and the breakfast is superb.Outside under the lemontrees. The owner speaks only Italian but with her great enthousiasm and hospitality that is no problem.Very good situated for a visit to Noto and Syracuse.I would recommend it.For finding the location:coming from the autostrada, turn left and at the the next intersection right.Just before the next intersection turn right(a narrow sealed street)

Hi everybody, this July we travelled a little bit around Sicily and we stayed one night in Villa Felicia close to Noto. It was one of the best part of our trip and if we knew it before we would have booked more nights there. Location: brilliant if you are seeking for quiet and private place. But you need to have a car. The Villa is situated at the end of the thin road (there is a sign) in the middle of lemon orchard. This year it was refurbished and it looks much better as on internet. Main hall of the Villa and rooms have handmade paintings on walls which give the place special Mediterranean atmosphere. Breakfast under the lemon trees are unforgettable (table full of different food, fresh bread, fresh pastry, almond milk and brilliant coffee)
Villa gives you many choices how to spend your time. If you don’t want to drive you can relax next to nice big swimming pool, in a small Villa bar or in a small garden under the lemon trees. If you feel like going for a nice dinner, there are several places along the coast, just 5-10min drive (but ask Felicia, she will give you good advice). Many other places are very close as well - nearest beach -5 min drive, beautiful baroque Noto 20 min drive, Avola Antica and Laghetti (‘paradise on the Earth’) 30 min.
Felicia, who runs the place, together with ladies helping her, is very nice, helpful and takes care of her guests. And although we didn’t speak Italian (spoke Spanish) and they didn’t speak English, we managed to communicate :)
I felt sorry we stayed only one night and we didn’t have time to stay longer. Hope to come back in the future.
