Nice clean hotel ,not impressed with the breakfast ,and really awful bar service and food if you wanna eat in their restaurant or whatever they call that ,lunch or diner ,as they have a really limited menu ,better find a Mac Donald’s to be honest ,overworked staff that are probably tired and feed up ,so I wouldn’t give it 4 star hotel ,is kind of far from the city ,so worth only if you have a car or rent one ,is kind of in the middle of nowhere (didn’t really mind that as I wanted quite a peaceful hollyday ),my room was clean amazing vue ,my air conditioned was leaking a paddle every night when I turned it on ,but let’s say was ok overall ,the receptionist and Italian young guy was really helpful and friendly that’s why I give 4 star otherwise not impressed at all

Room adequate size and clean, shower cubicle quite small with door not easy to close.
Walk into town took about 20 minutes.
Breakfast good. Had evening meal on one night, very good staff helpful with menu, went out of her way to find the beer my husband wanted!

Nice clean room and hotel.location nice and easy to find although not walkable into town so you will need a car or hotel shuttle (payment required) If you have a hire car you are also charged for using the large and mostly empty car park otherwise have to park in the gravel ‘lay by’ that you risk a parking ticket and this area is liable to flood as it did during our stay.most people opting to park outside. The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day.Checkout was 10am ..before breakfast was finished.there was no in room guide to hotel facilities.Generally not what we have come to expect from a 4* hotel.Although with a little attention could make big steps to giving a 4 * feel.

Room tip: Pool facing

This hotel was disappointing on a number of levels, due to the end of season they no longer provided any evening meal options. Breakfast was below expectation and was more of a cold buffet rather than anything substantial e.g bread, croissant, sliced ham, cheese, tomatoes. There was some bacon and scrambled eggs but the bacon was almost raw and fatty. The choice was v limited and not really what I would expect for a 4* hotel.
The staff generally looked fed up almost exhausted from a long summer! Weren’t overly helpful. Between 3:30pm and 4pm we couldn’t get any drinks not even water as the bars were closed. I was told I should go to my room
and use the mini bar!
The rooms are not sound proofed at all and no insulation to bathroom pipes meaning you could hear guests above using the toilet- not pleasant, as well as hearing the toilet flush and shower. On top of this you could hear everything from people walking the corridors to people pacing and talking in their own bedroom. The beds were like ironing boards to sleep on v uncomfortable. Again not what I would expect of a 4*.
The bathroom had had some renovation over the last few years but old taps had just been isolated rather than removed and re-tiled. The grouting was black with mould. The shower screen was plastic and all cracked which meant the shower leaked onto the floor. The bathroom above was leaking into our bathroom and soaked all the sink sides. This was reported to reception but it was just recorded in the maintenance book!
Not a great experience and won’t be returning. I would recommend staying at the south end of the island where the international 4&5* hotels are situated. It is also worth noting you would need a car at this hotel otherwise you would be isolated! They do offer car hire if needed.

This is a very average hotel but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Air conditioning is not powerful enough as we had to change rooms twice.
Breakfast is below average for a 4 star hotel and should have more variety and better quality.
As for the staff who work there, i think they're the best part of the hotel but i really do think that they are over worked because when you always see the same faces day and night. The hotel definitely needs more staff.
