Came across Il Corsaro when looking for somewhere to have lunch. It took over an hour to prepare and serve two plates of pasta with seafood. This was something of a mystery as the restaurant was only half full. Perhaps there weren't enough people in the kitchen? Once the food arrived though, I couldn't fault it for flavour, freshness, presentation and the quality of the ingredients.
