BAAAAD!
It is more like a youth hostel and super noisy in the nights.
Talking and traffic from the balcony.
Cell phone music from open room doors.
Loud talking and walking in the hallways.
Extremly loud sink from next door.
Loud walking above you.
Slamming doors etc.
They are only here for partying.
Kitchen is disgustig. Seems like only the guests "look after it".
OWNER: Get your kids (guests) together and tell them to be quiet after 10 pm!
We stayed in a double room at the beginning of August 2017. At the check-in, in addition to the original price of the room, we were asked to pay a city tax, extra 5 euros per night for air-conditioning and leave 100 euro deposit, which was not mentioned anywhere. For that we got a tiny room, double bed frame with two single mattresses so you keep on falling between them and tiny dirty towels. The room was not cleaned once in 7 days we were there and towels never changed. When we asked to top up toilet paper we were told we have to pay for it!!! Finally, there were fridges downstairs but things we left kept on disappearing. Breakfast was an additional 7 euro charge per person... It was the worse hotel we have stayed in!!
Not much I can really say apart from adequate. Arrived in the afternoon and was left stood in the hallway for 15 mins while the owner took no notice of us, considering we had an extremely long journey to get there the only thing we wanted to do was get to our room and drop our bags off. She stood speaking German to her daughter and gave us strange looks (clearly talking about us) then eventually told us to sit in the dining room while her daughter tried to be the translator as no English is spoken here. She then ended up calling a translator on the phone and we were passed back and forward trying to discuss the room details. We were shown to our room by her (I assume) daughter where we weren't shown how to use the air conditioning (which you pay €5 extra per day.) we weren't told when breakfast was and when we asked they couldn't understand. We only seen the owner on the first day then on the last ( although you could hear her shouting "check out" each morning) On the last day you aren't allowed to leave your room until she comes to do the final checks to ensure nothing is damaged, fair enough, but as we were checking out early for our flight we had to let them know 24hrs prior, we told her husband (I assume) which he must have forgotten to tell her as when we got up to leave for our taxi waiting outside she was still no where to be seen. 15 minutes of the taxi waiting outside she makes an appearance and we get our deposit back.
Must say also they don't change towels or provide soap or shower gel. The only towels you get are a hand towel each which you are expected to dry yourself off with, not exactly ideal.
There's a gym downstairs too which we weren't aware of until the day we checked out! All in all it was a huge lack of communication and maybe could have been sorted if she had been around during the week! Probably wouldn't stay again unless we were desperate as it's more like a hostel than anything else.
