Stayed there for 1 night. Payed for a cheaper room but rung up a few days earlier and inquired about paying for an upgrade. Spoke to a lovely and helpful young lady - payed an extra $20 to upgrade to the lake view apartment due to low season bookings and definitely worth it. Champagne bucket with ice and special card in room which i had requested over the phone. Beautiful apartment, beautiful views and very helpful staff. Payed for the breakfast deal which was also worth it with lovely presentation of food to choose from (apart from the mass cooked options - looked a little gross in the silver heating trays) but maybe thats just me. Loved the honey and smoothies! Great check out time of 11am. I have read people complaining about having to drive around the resort to get to rooms and/or dragging your suitcases across gravel but there are paths and its much nicer to have stand alone apartment blocks instead of a scummy hotel set up. Would definitely stay there again. Will upload photos when i get a chance. Only complaint? should have stayed longer :)
