As part of a group of five couples, we stayed at this hotel for one night. Friendly helpful reception complete with partially completed jigsaw to keep you amused. Clean and tidy property with well separated accommodation blocks.
We booked a standard King Size room and were disappointed. Room was very clean but very small. Only one bedside table, a wardrobe that wasn't large enough to hang a man's jacket or shirt, nowhere for suitcases or other bags. Nice size bathroom with good size shower. Unfortunately the bathroom showed signs of ongoing water damage - bottom of door was warped and swollen, door stop was rusty and signs of mould in some corners. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. No view, and only venetian blinds to block the one window which didn't stop the sunshine streaming in in the morning.
We weren't able to upgrade to a larger room as the resort was full. Two of the group had premium rooms in the main block and they were really nice! Would definitely pay to upgrade.
Dinner was OK - good service although we had to ask for the veg to be brought with the meat. Nothing too fancy available and no specials. The meal for the oriental tour buses looked more interesting than what was on the menu. Breakfast seemed expensive at $25 for a basic buffet cooked meal. Restaurant area was really too small for the number of people.
Overall though, when you take into account the room rate, it was reasonable value for money just disappointing given the marketing hype on the web site.
