“Nice pools but quite expensive”
Reviewed January 26, 2013 via mobile

2 adults and a child were about $50and as they are suited for just sitting it the 6 year old got bored quite quickly. Also the pools were quite warm so you really don't want to stay in them too long. We lasted about an hour so think it was reasonably expensive. Lovely view from the upper pools of Lake Tekapo which was nice though.

“Good, but not as good as I expected.”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

We visited this place near the end of our holiday because we were so tired and worked out. I thought the entrance fee was way too expensive for what you actually got. You had to pay everything separate. The actual hot springs though were quite nice however I found it nearly impossible to find a comfortable spot where I could actually relax.

“Beautiful views”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

We decided to have a day relaxing on New Years Day this year. It was lovely to sit in the hot pools looking out at the view while the rain came down. However, the entry fee is very expensive, and you have to pay extra to hire a towel or get a locker. Also, when we were there the steam room and plunge pool were out of action which was disappointing. Definitely not the best hot springs that I have visited, but you can't beat the view!

“Great new Springs”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

These springs are in a magnificent place! 3 lovely hot pools, Great restaurant. The ice rink looks like a lot of fun and there is also a snow shoot where you come down on tires that operates all year round. Everyone was having a great time. Sorry we were pushed for time and couldn't try everything. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy facilities. I look forward to going back again and spending more time there. Makes Lake Tekapo a great place to stop over. They even pick up from all accommodation in town.

“Lovely place to relax for a couple of hours”
Reviewed January 14, 2013

Does not have the variety of pools or temperature as The Polynesian Spa in Rotorua or Hamner Springs but is still a lovely place with beautiful surroundings.
