The restaurant was packed on the Saturday we went. We made a late booking so were given a table close to the door. It was crowded, but I like the busy Saturday yum cha atmosphere. The place was buzzing, but you could still have a decent conversation. The food was your usual yum cha fare. The highlight was the egg tarts. Most of the dumplings were good. Nothing out of the extraordinary, but we didn't encounter anything bad either.
The service we had was minimal, but it wasn't a bad experience and I would go back again for yum cha. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the dining hall so not good for those in wheelchair or will struggle to walk up a flight of stairs.
