Was upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. Modern apartment with LOTS of space & big kitchen with full amenities. Great apartment stay. Only downside was it's on busy Springvale road & I heard the noise from the traffic all night. Gym had limited facilities & treadmill didn't work. Other than that. Friendly staff, car parking on site, availability to charge back meals from local takeaways to account & close to shops.More

Business trip
Apartments are always well presented and tidy. Easy access to the carpark is great as well. They are also well sound proofed and you don't hear the traffic at all as it's on a very busy road. handy to shops and the freeways

Smart, clean and convenient
We stayed 2 nights here recently. The apartment was better than we expected, lots of towels, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. I couldn't fault the service - the receptionist even offered us umbrellas to use during our stay.

Very nice hotel for family staying for few days
This hotel has very special characteristic. It is not so luxury from the outlook and the public area. It also not located at the best location with shopping center and public transportation. However, it is very well suitable for family with own car. It is very convenient to go anywhere in Melbourne. It is not far from a shopping center. It is very well equipped and big room space. One of the best service apartment I reckon.

Great value for money
Excellent helpful service. Location hard to access withe minimal amenities
Pool would be good
Bbq on patio for longer stays.
Parking area hard to acces.
Great to have double glazing on Windows
Heat controls in each room handy to keep room temp comfortable

It was my pleasure to stay in quest glen waverly. Apart from room service and WIFI remaining facilities excellent. I will recommend my colleagues to stay in this hotel for their business/family trips.
