Great Staff, amenities, room and location
I've stayed many times for business. It is the most consistent accommodation i stay in. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Cant fault the rooms or service - ever. The location is great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cinema etc.

great stay
Great apartment, clean, quiet, VERY comfortable beds.it was close to were we needed to be.
Staff were very helpful Rooms were very quiet, didn't hear traffic in the street or people in the next room, 2 bathrooms always a bonus.

Good, clean & great location
Booked by employer and stayed for one night. Great location, excellent cleanliness and layout of room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Took the advice on hotel info brochure and dined at Pescare restaurant and had excellent meals.

Stay @ Quest Glen Waverley
I was surprised that there was no breakfast room where you can have a coffee and a breakfast.
However you can find a breakfast set in the fridge and you can make your own coffee in the apartment.
Nice big apartment and well equipped kitchen, would be perfect for longer stays.

Would not choose this hotel again. Beds uncomfortable, room very noisy, limited meal options for in house dining. Food arrived stone cold. Hair found on Bathroom floor. Check in/Check out staff pleasant.
