Booked by employer and stayed for one night. Great location, excellent cleanliness and layout of room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Took the advice on hotel info brochure and dined at Pescare restaurant and had excellent meals. More

I was surprised that there was no breakfast room where you can have a coffee and a breakfast.
However you can find a breakfast set in the fridge and you can make your own coffee in the apartment.
Nice big apartment and well equipped kitchen, would be perfect for longer stays.

As we are serviced apartments unfortunately we do not have a restaurant onsite. We do however offer our guests an on-the-go breakfast pack.
There are local restaurants in the area that can charge back and deliver to your room. We are also located within the heart of Glen Waverley with a major strip of restaurants and cafes being only a short distance away.

Would not choose this hotel again. Beds uncomfortable, room very noisy, limited meal options for in house dining. Food arrived stone cold. Hair found on Bathroom floor. Check in/Check out staff pleasant.

Parking is in the side street before the complex which is easy to miss. But you have to be checked in to get an access tag. So it is a little difficult to work out where to park a car so you can check in.

After already being 2 weeks on business trip, and staying in normal hotels, it was a luxury to have a lot of space in my third week. I was fully satisfied and have nothing to complain about. The next time I would make the same decision and stay at the apartment hotel.

Conference room and apartment were excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful.
Our catering was excellent and exactly as requested. The location was great with easy access to secure parking. A perfect venue!
