Although the admission is a bit pricey, this was our favorite rainforest walk in the Gold Coast (we did several). Would definitely come back on my next visit to the Gold Coast!

well you look at the pics in the ads and u think wow!! ill do that. get there drove about 40km from surfers paradise to find out its $20 entry
let me sum it up.. its made for tourists. so if u have an elderly or small children and not going to Sydney blue mountains think I might go. its a 40min very very slow walk. 15 min if u pic up the pace.
The Blue mountains offer way more better views. a nice walk down same type of rain forrest and way more interactive where u can actually touch the things get better pics.
AND U DONT PAY A DIME.
dont waste energy driving. I usually dont write reviews. but I made an effort to write about this one.
ive done alot of travelling in and out of Aussie

The skywalk is professionally run with a very nice concept of walking above the canopies of trees but the walk itself in my opinion was a little short with not that much to see or learn. The rest of the walk is on the ground level which can be done at other walks nearby without costs.
While I understand why the level of charge as it is probably not easy to haul and then build these metal structures on the mountain but adding more content to the walk would be a good idea to make the price more worth it.
The cantilever walk way does not give one an "ahhh" feeling of the scenery at the end and may be just a show case of the engineering metal works more that anything else.

A wonderful way to appreciate the beauty of the rainforest. We even saw a python curled up in the top of a palm tree! Not one for those scared of heights though so a couple in our group stayed in the cafe and had a coffee while we did the 40 minute walk.

The skywalk is expensive but I enjoyed myself. The walkways are a marvelous bit of engineering and afford a lovely view from both the tree tops and the ground, on well maintained trails. Interpretive signs are plentiful and offer lots of information.

Issues: some of the best tree top views offered have trees blocking them. Since this is a contrived attraction, the trees should be pruned. Some of the signs are not in line with the item they are discussing. Many of the items referenced in signs are seasonal. It would be nice to have some scale models of plants and flowers that are unlikely to be seen depending on the season.

For the price I would have liked to have a guided tour option.
